Instructions to proceed with PayPal credit card payments

IMPORTANT: Please be attentive to the Payment Page. If you click repeatedly on the same "Add to cart" button, the quantity of the books you purchase will increase. You can modify the amount of books you want to buy. You can also remove an item from your cart.
Attention: the shipping cost will be 5 Euro within the same invoice, regardless of the amounts you purchase. This is why it is more convenient to purchase more books at one time; otherwise you will pay 5 Euro each time you order a book.

1st step

On the respective page click on the "Add to Cart" button.
You will be redirected to the TUP payment page on PayPal.

2nd step

On this TUP-PayPal page you will see the selection you made.
You can select the Quantity of books you want to order and press "Update Cart" button, to see the Total amount you will need to pay.
Always pay attention to the amount you purchase. Sometimes, when you click repeatedly "Add to Cart" button, the system just adds to the amount of books you want to purchase.
Click "Proceed to checkout" button to pay by credit card or "Continue shopping" if you want to go back to TUP website.

3rd step

On the next page, you will be given an option either to log to PayPal if you already have an account, or to perform the payment without registering an account.
To pay without registering with Paypal, please click on the "Continue" link.

4th step

On this page you will enter your credit card details.
Please make sure you indicate the First Name and the Last Name which are indicated on the credit card.
When you enter a credit card number, the corresponding icon will automatically be highlighted.
"Billing address" is the address for which the credit card is issued. The postal (ZIP) code should be accurate.
The "Billing Address" may differ from your shipping address.
Do not forget to enter your contact phone number and the email address.
Press "Review order and Continue"

Please note:
1 - If your email address or the credit card number are already registered with PayPal, you will have to login with your email and your password from PayPal;
2 - Not all countries are accepted to perform payments through PayPal.
If the country in which your credit card is issued in is not on the drop-down list, you will not be able to perform the payment.
3 - Sometimes, after submitting information, you may receive a page with no feedback, only a link "Click here to retry".
In this case, you can try to place an order later, having to go through the process from the beginning.
4 - If you receive error messages, try to contact PayPal by email for assistance.

5th step

On the next page you will be able to write some Comments to your order (click on "Comment" to expand window).
IMPORTANT: here you can change the Shipping address if it differs from the Billing Address.
(Click on "Change", than "Add New Address", enter your address and save.)
You will not be able to change the country of shipping, so include in comments the right country.

Please make sure again that the amount you have to pay is correct.
Continue by clicking on "Pay now" button.

6th step

You will receive a confirmation page with a Receipt ID, the address to where the book will be delivered and contact details of TUP.
You can also get a Printable receipt.
