The word “crisis” draws its meaning from medicine.  When a patient is in crisis, life and death hang in the balance.  When the crisis is over, although the patient may not have recovered yet, the prognosis is that s/he will recover. Below I suggest (1) that business civilization is in crisis too, and (2) a way forward.
