Who is the most powerful&#8230;&#8230;..? Who is the fastest&#8230;&#8230;.? Who is the most innovative&#8230;..?\u00a0<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Conspicuously missing\u00a0from the huge repertoire of questions\u00a0human beings can\u00a0ask\u00a0are\u00a0those\u00a0I would call <em>Superlative-sapience-sowing questions<\/em>. Here are some examples. Readers\u00a0are invited to\u00a0add their\u00a0own, justify and discuss their additions, and reflect on how to enhance their\u00a0questioning competence.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Who are the most peaceful\u00a0language users in&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..? What is their communicative peace competence like?<\/li>\n<li>Who are the most inspiring peacebuilding educators in&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..? In what peacebuilding efforts do they excel? How?<\/li>\n<li>Who are the humblest peacebuilders in\u00a0 &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; (Workplace, school, government agency, etc.) ? How do they interact?<\/li>\n<li>Who are the authors of the most\u00a0peaceful books globally available\u00a0 multilingually ?How are they\u00a0 selected ?<\/li>\n<li>Who are the most\u00a0active promoters of sustainable peace in what organizations? Where? What do they do exemplarily?<\/li>\n<li>Who are the most courageous\u00a0peacebuilding government leaders where? How do they implement peacebuilding diplomacy?<\/li>\n<li>Who are the best known\u00a0 \u00a0media professionals committed to\u00a0global peace purposes? How do they show their commitment?<\/li>\n<li>Who are the most\u00a0peaceful-life-enhancing researchers in what sciences\u00a0\/ humanities?\u00a0 What seeds of Peace sapience are they sowing? How?<\/li>\n<li>Who are the most illuminating\u00a0advocates \/appliers of\u00a0global peace literacy? What have they been doing?<\/li>\n<li>Who in the local community, for instance, are contributing to nurturing the\u00a0right to learn to ask questions with Peace sapience?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>___________________________________________<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.transcend.org\/tms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/francisco-gomes-de-matos.jpeg\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-84401\" src=\"https:\/\/www.transcend.org\/tms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/francisco-gomes-de-matos.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"64\" height=\"64\" \/><\/a><\/em><em>Francisco Gomes de Matos, Ph.D. is an applied peace linguist from Recife, Brazil. He has degrees in Languages, Law, and Linguistics. He is Professor Emeritus at the Universidade Federal de Pernambuco where he is active in the Dom H\u00e9lder Camara Human Rights Commission. He is one of the pioneers in Linguistic Rights (author of 1984 <\/em>Plea for a Universal Declaration of Linguistic Rights)<em> and in the emerging area of Peace Linguistics.
