Deadline for Nobel Nominations for 2018: BY JAN 31<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Our efforts to make the peace prize serve the visionary peace idea of Alfred Nobel continue. The winner in 2018 was from the list of candidates approved in the NPPW website:\u00a0 http:\/\/www.nobelwill.org\/index.html?tab=8<\/a>. \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

We publish, each year, this screened\u00a0list of nominations that are 1) properly lodged with the Nobel committee (by a person with nomination\u00a0rights, by Jan 31, and 2) for a candidate within the purpose of Nobel\u00b4s will.<\/p>\n

The list gives you an idea of what persons and forms of peace work<\/strong> Nobel had in mind. Please consider\u00a0using the Nobel award as a formidable tool for fundraising and political awareness that there is an alternative to armaments and militarism, steady arms racing, and recurring wars.<\/p>\n

ACTION: PLEASE make sure the Nobel awarders receive a good range of valuable nominations to choose from. Act well ahead of the Jan 31 DEADLINE (to permit us to include in our list). See attached letter to the peace movement – with a draft article to publish or pass on, and …. nominate (forward a copy to us).<\/p>\n
