9 Jul 2018 – <\/em>The US Government (with France and a few other US allies) bombs Libya, Syria, etc.; and the US regime refuses to accept any of the resulting refugees \u2014 the burdens from which are now breaking the EU, and\u00a0the EU is sinking in economic competition against America\u2019s international corporations<\/a>. America\u2019s corporations remain blithely unscathed by not only\u00a0the refugees<\/a>\u00a0that are breaking up the EU, but also by the EU\u2019s economic sanctions against Russia, Iran, and other allies of governments that the US regime is trying to overthrow in its constant invasions and coups. The US Government makes proclamations such as \u201cAssad must go!\u201d \u2014 but by what right is the US Government involved, at all, in determining whom the leaders in Syria will be? Syria never invaded the US In fact, Syria never invaded anywhere (except, maybe, Israel, in order to respond against Israel\u2019s invasions). Furthermore,\u00a0all polling, even by Western pollsters, shows that Bashar al-Assad would easily win any free and fair election in Syria.<\/a>\u00a0The US Government claims to support democracy, but it does the exact opposite whenever they want to get rid of a Government that is determined to protect that nation\u2019s sovereignty over its own national territory, instead of to yield it to the US regime, or to any other foreigners. The US regime has\u00a0virtually destroyed the United Nations<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The US regime even\u00a0refuses to provide restitution to Syria for its bombings, and for its arming and training of the jihadists \u2014 the fundamentalist Sunni mercenaries recruited from around the world \u2014 who are the US regime’s “boots on the ground” trying to overthrow Syria\u2019s Government<\/a>. Al Qaeda\u00a0has led<\/a>\u00a0the dozens of\u00a0jihadist groups that have served as the US regime\u2019s \u201cboots on the ground\u201d to overthrow Assad<\/a>, but Al Qaeda is\u00a0good enough to serve the purpose<\/a>, in the US regime\u2019s view of things. The US regime says that there will be\u00a0no restitution to Syria<\/a>\u00a0unless Syria accepts being ruled by\u00a0\u2018rebels\u2019 whose leadership<\/a>\u00a0is\u00a0actually being chosen by the US regime\u2019s chief ally, the fundamentalist-Sunni Saud family<\/a><\/em>, who already own Saudi Arabia, and who\u00a0(along with the CIA) have been unsuccessfully trying, ever since 1949, to take over the committedly secular, non-sectarian, nation of Syria<\/a>. In fact, the CIA perpetrated\u00a0two of the three Syrian coups<\/a>\u00a0that were carried out in 1949.<\/p>\n

The US regime, and its allies, have used the Muslim Brotherhood, in order to recruit into Syria the 100,000+ jihadists from around the world to fight to overthrow Syria\u2019s secular Government. Even the BBC\u2019s 13 December 2013 detailed report,\u00a0\u201cGuide to the Syrian rebels\u201d<\/a>, made clear that the \u201cSyrian Rebels\u201d were, in fact, overwhelmingly jihadist and largely recruited from abroad. These were hardly democrats. Even a Tony-Blair-founded anti-Assad NGO\u2019s study concluded that\u00a0\u201cSixty per cent of major Syrian rebel groups are Islamist extremists<\/em>\u201d<\/a>\u00a0(not just \u201cIslamists\u201d but \u201cIslamist\u00a0extremists\u201d) and yet the Blair outfit still supported the overthrow of the committed secularist Assad (just as Blair had earlier participated himself in the US regime\u2019s\u00a0destruction of Iraq<\/a>).<\/p>\n

The fundamentalist-Sunni royal Thani family own Qatar and have been the top international funders of the Muslim Brotherhood, just as the fundamentalist-Sunni royal Saud family, who\u00a0own Saudi Arabia<\/a>, have been\u00a0the top funders of Al Qaeda<\/a>. The main difference between the Sauds and the Thanis has been that whereas\u00a0the Sauds hate Shia<\/a>\u00a0(and that means\u00a0especially Iran<\/a>), the Thanis don\u2019t. Thus, for the Sauds, this is a war against the Shia center, Iran, and not\u00a0only\u00a0against Syria. This war against Syria was a coordinated US-Saud-Thani operation, in which the fundamentalist-Sunni group, Al Qaeda, provided the leadership but\u00a0the (pan-Islamic) fundamentalist Muslim Brotherhood provided the largest recruiting website<\/a>. This entire hyper-aggressive operation was internationally coordinated.\u00a0The Obama Administration started planning this operation, under Hillary Clinton, in 2010.<\/a>\u00a0As even the neoconservative (i.e., US-empire advocating)\u00a0Washington Post<\/em>\u00a0reported, on 17 April 2011, from Wikileaks,\u00a0“It is unclear whether the State Department is still funding Syrian opposition groups, but the cables indicate money was set aside [by the Obama Administration] at least through September 2010.”<\/a>\u00a0That article mentioned only \u201cformer members of the\u00a0Muslim Brotherhood,\u201d not the Muslim Brotherhood itself; and no mention was made in it to Al Qaeda, in any form.<\/p>\n

Then, in 2013, the neoconservative\u00a0Foreign Policy<\/em>\u00a0magazine headlined\u00a0\u201cHow the Muslim Brotherhood Hijacked Syria\u2019s Revolution\u201d<\/a>\u00a0and was oblivious regarding the neoconservative Obama Administration\u2019s having planned that \u201chijacking,\u201d starting in 2010 (but\u00a0going back even as far as Obama\u2019s inauguration<\/a>; this operation was a key part of\u00a0his secret anti-Russia agenda<\/a>, which preceded even his coming into office). But if Obama wasn\u2019t neocon-enough to suit that magazine\u2019s editors, then Trump certainly should be, because\u00a0Trump continues Obama\u2019s foreign policies but with an even more hostile thrust against the Sauds\u2019 chief target, which is Iran.<\/a>\u00a0Above all,\u00a0the US alliance\u2019s goal has been for the Saud family\u2019s selected (rabidly anti-Shiite) people to take over and run the Syrian Government<\/a>. As Global Security\u00a0has phrased this matter<\/a>, \u201cThe High Negotiations Committee [which is the group who are negotiating against Assad\u2019s government at the US-sponsored \u2018peace\u2019 talks] is a Saudi-backed coalition of Syrian opposition groups. The High Negotiations Committee (HNC) was created in Saudi Arabia in December 2015.\u201d<\/p>\n

So, this war in Syria has actually been the Sauds\u2019 war to take over Syria. And it actually\u00a0started in 1949<\/a>, but the\u00a0US-backed Muslim-Brotherhood-led \u201cArab Spring\u201d in 2011<\/a>\u00a0gave the US and its allies the opportunity to culminate it, finally.<\/p>\n

And Europe receives the fall-out from it.\u00a0This fall-out has been hurting European corporations, in international competition against US corporations.<\/a>\u00a0It\u2019s\u00a0not<\/a>\u00a0only political.<\/p>\n

The US regime has\u00a0continued this thrust, under Obama\u2019s successor<\/a>. US President Donald Trump demands European corporations to end their business with Shiite Iran (which the Saud family is determined to take over), and to end their business with Russia,\u00a0which America\u2019s own billionaires themselves are determined to take over<\/a>, just like the Sauds are determined to take over both Syria and Iran.<\/p>\n

And Europe receives refugees not only from places where the US and some of its NATO allies have recently been bombing, but even from\u00a0Kosovo, Iraq, Afghanistan, and other places where NATO has bombed in the past<\/a>, and even from\u00a0Ukraine, where the US regime perpetrated a bloody coup in February 2014, followed there by an ethnic-cleansing campaign to kill the residents in areas which had voted the heaviest for the overthrown President<\/a>.<\/p>\n

America is no actual ally of Europe. The Marshall Plan is\u00a0long-since finished<\/a>, and America has been taken over by\u00a0psychopaths who are Europe\u2019s main enemies<\/a>, not Europe\u2019s friends, at all. (They\u2019re friends of some European aristocracies, but not of\u00a0any\u00a0<\/em>European public, not of even merely\u00a0one\u00a0public.)<\/p>\n

Iran and Russia should be Europe\u2019s allies \u2014\u00a0they didn\u2019t cause any of Europe\u2019s problems<\/em>. America did. America\u2019s intelligence agencies tapped (and\u00a0probably still tap<\/a>) the phones of Germany\u2019s Chancellor and practically everybody else, and yet the US regime has the gall to blame Russia for interfering in the political affairs of European countries. If that isn\u2019t the pot calling the kettle \u2018black\u2019, then what is? If anything, the EU\u2019s sanctions should be against doing business with American firms \u2014\u00a0not\u00a0<\/em>against doing business with Russian firms, or with Iranian firms. European politicians who support the US support Europe\u2019s top enemy.<\/p>\n

Russia is, itself, a European country, which additionally traverses much of Asia, but America is no European country,\u00a0at all<\/em>, and yet now is so brazen as to demand that Europe must do America\u2019s bidding \u2014 not only against Russia, but also against the Sauds\u2019\u00a0main<\/em> target, which is Iran (the same main target as Israel\u2019s).<\/p>\n

Why are Europeans not asking themselves:\u00a0Who<\/em>\u00a0is Europe\u2019s enemy in all of this \u2014 what\u00a0causes\u00a0<\/em>this refugee-crisis? The refugees certainly didn\u2019t.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not Russia, and it\u2019s not Iran, and it\u2019s not China;\u00a0it is America \u2014 which is the true enemy of them all, and of us all \u2014 including even of the American people ourselves<\/strong>, because\u00a0the US Government no longer actually represents the American people<\/a><\/em>. These invasions, and military occupations, and coups, do not serve America\u2019s public; they serve America\u2019s aristocracy. The US is no longer (if it ever was<\/a>) a democracy. The US Government now\u00a0is\u00a0the US aristocracy \u2014\u00a0not<\/em>\u00a0the US public. It\u2019s a\u00a0dictatorship<\/a>. And, it has\u00a0the type of \u2018news\u2019media that any dictatorship has<\/a>.<\/p>\n

On June 30th, the US aristocracy\u2019s\u00a0New York Times<\/em>\u00a0headlined\u00a0\u201cBavaria: Affluent, Picturesque \u2014 and Angry\u201d<\/a>, and reported \u201cthe new angry center of Europe, the latest battleground for populists eager to bring down both Chancellor Angela Merkel of Germany and the idea of a liberal Europe itself.\u201d Their elitist (pro-US-aristocracy) \u2018reporter\u2019 (actually propagandist) interviewed \u2018experts\u2019 who condemn Europe\u2019s politicians that are trying to assuage their own public\u2019s anger against the EU\u2019s open-door policy regarding this flood of refugees from\u00a0what is actually, for the most part, the US regime\u2019s (and its allies\u2019) bombings \u2014 air-support of the boots-on-the-ground jihadist mercenaries.<\/a>\u00a0The combination of this air-support, and of the jihadists, has been the backbone of the US-Saudi-Israeli effort to overthrow and replace Syria\u2019s Government.<\/p>\n

Libya was a similar case, but was only friendly toward Russia, not\u00a0allied\u00a0<\/em>with Russia, as both Syria and Iran are.<\/p>\n

The US aristocracy funds an enormous international PR campaign for all this.<\/a>\u00a0These are\u00a0\u2018humanitarian\u2019 bombings<\/a>\u00a0in order to replace\u00a0a \u2018barbaric\u2019 Government<\/a>\u00a0\u2014 but replace it with what? With one that would be chosen by the Sauds. And this propaganda-campaign is also funded by the US-allied\u00a0<\/em>aristocracies.\u00a0All of the major \u2018news\u2019media, in US and allies, receive their \u2018expert\u2019 \u2018information\u2019 from these privately-funded and government-funded propagandists, who are treated by ‘journalists’ as being objective and experts (which they’re not).<\/a><\/p>\n

The\u00a0NYT<\/em>\u00a0article says \u2014 and I add here key explanatory links:<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is not about economics,\u201d said\u00a0Gerald Knaus<\/a>, the director of the\u00a0European Stability Initiative<\/a><\/em>,\u00a0[and though unmentioned by the\u00a0Times<\/em>,\u00a0\u201cThe Open Society Institute was a major core funder\u201d<\/a>\u00a0of the ESI, which is]\u00a0a Berlin-based think tank. \u201cIt is about identity and a very successful populist P.R. machine that is rewriting recent history.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

So: the\u00a0Times\u00a0<\/em>was secretly (and they didn\u2019t include any links to help online readers know who was actually funding their \u2018experts\u2019, at all) pumping NATO propaganda, as if it were authentic and neutral news-reporting, instead of craven service to the US aristocracy that controls the US Government and its NATO military alliance. This is the\u00a0New York Times<\/em>,\u00a0itself, that is \u201crewriting recent history.\u201d That\u2019s how they do it \u2014 constantly (as \u2018news\u2019).<\/p>\n

And here is some of that \u201crecent history\u201d the\u00a0Times\u00a0is \u201crewriting\u201d (by simply omitting to so much as even just suggest, but which is\u00a0essential backgound<\/em>\u00a0in order to understand the\u00a0real<\/em>\u00a0history behind this important matter):<\/p>\n

    On 7 February 2001 the Foreign Secretary, Robin Cook, emphasised the ESDP\u2019s [European Security and Defence Policy\u2019s] tie to NATO during a press interview, following his meeting in Washington with US National Security Adviser, Condoleeza Rice. He said:<\/p>\n

    I have stressed that\u00a0the European Security Initiative will strengthen the capacity of Europe to contribute to crisis management and therefore is welcome to a Washington that is interested in fairer burden sharing, and that\u00a0Washington can be confident that Britain will insist that the European Security Initiative is firmly anchored on NATO. We are both determined to see that happen, we are both determined to make sure that the European Security Initiative carries out its promise to strengthen the North Atlantic Alliance<\/strong>.119<\/em><\/p>\n

    \u2014\u2014<\/p>\n

    Though the Sauds, and also Israel\u2019s aristocracy, are mainly anti-Iran, the US aristocracy are obsessed with their goal of conquering Russia. Since Iran, and Syria, are both allied with Russia, the US regime is trying to overthrow those Russia-allied Governments, before\u00a0going in for the kill, against Russia itself<\/a>. That\u2019s what all of these economic sanctions, and the bombings and the backing of Al Qaeda for overthrowing Syria\u2019s Government, are really all about.<\/p>\n

    Is\u00a0this<\/a>\u00a0what today\u2019s Europeans want their Governments to be doing \u2014 and doing it for\u00a0that\u00a0<\/em>reason, the US aristocracy\u2019s reason? Despite the huge harms it is certainly causing to Europeans?<\/p>\n

    Here, then, is a debate between, on the one hand a retired CIA official who thinks “Our relationship with Israel causes us war with Muslims,\u201d versus Representatives in the US Congress who are actually representatives of Israel\u2019s Government<\/a>\u00a0and definitely\u00a0not <\/em>representatives of the American people. Both sides in that debate are acceptable to the aristocrats who control the US Government, because neither side argues that the apartheid theocratic Government of Israel is an enemy of the American people (as is documented actually to be the case,\u00a0here<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0here<\/a>), nor that\u00a0the entire problem of Islamic terrorism is fundamentalist-Sunni, and that only Israel gets hit by terrorism that\u2019s from both Sunnis and Shiites \u2014 that Shiites (the US alliance’s targets) are no terrorist threat, at all, to Europeans (nor to Americans)<\/a>\u00a0\u2014 the \u201cIslamist\u201d threat is actually only from fundamentalist Sunnis, which are the very same groups that are secretly allied with America\u2019s aristocracy and the Sauds. Neither side of the \u2018debate\u2019 acknowledges that both the Sauds and Israel (and\u00a0Israel\u2019s lobbyists represent internationally also the Sauds\u2019 interests<\/a>) are enemies both of the American people, and of the peoples of Europe.<\/p>\n

    As the world\u2019s greatest blogger, the former UK Ambassador (but too honest to stay in that business) Craig Murray, recently said under the headline,\u00a0“No Trump, No Clinton, No NATO\u201d<\/a>: \u201cThe destruction of Libya\u2019s government and infrastructure directly caused the Mediterranean boat migrant crisis, which has poisoned the politics of much of the European Union.\u201d But, of course, the US regime and its allies have also destroyed other countries than that \u2014 and thus caused refugees to Europe from many nations. And, finally,\u00a0even the US Government (though as quietly as possible) acknowledges that it has destroyed Afghanistan<\/a>. Ironically, that\u2019s the very nation where America and the Sauds,\u00a0in 1979<\/a>, had started their war against all Governments that\u00a0won\u2019t buckle to them<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    Furthermore, the US regime intends to keep it up. In case a reader might happen to think that, surely, the US regime and its allies are going to quit this rousing of hornets\u2019 nests; Sharmine Narwani, who is one of the very few non-\u201cembedded\u201d journalists who reports in The West about \u2014 and (which the mainstream ones don\u2019t)\u00a0from\u00a0<\/em>\u2014 the war in Syria, headlined, on June 25th,\u00a0\u201cAre al-Qaeda Affiliates Fighting Alongside US Rebels in Syria\u2019s South?\u201d<\/a>\u00a0and she found that the answer to this question is a resounding yes:<\/p>\n

    Despite its US and UN designation as a terrorist organization, Nusra\u00a0[Al Qaeda\u2019s main name in Syria]\u00a0has been openly fighting alongside the \u201cSouthern Front,\u201d a group of 54 opposition militias funded and commanded by a US-led war room based in Amman, Jordan called the Military Operations Center (MOC). \u2026<\/em><\/p>\n

    Sources inside Syria \u2014 both opposition fighters and Syrian military brass (past and present) \u2014 suggest the command center consists of the US, UK, France, Jordan, Israel, and some Persian Gulf states. \u2026 In practice, the US doesn\u2019t appear to mind the Nusra affiliation \u2014 regardless of the fact that the group is a terror organization \u2014 as long as the job gets done.<\/em><\/p>\n

    These wars, which pour Middle Eastern (and also\u00a0Ukrainian<\/a>) refugees into the EU, are inter-aristocratic conflicts reflecting inter-aristocratic competitions; and the publics everywhere suffer enormously from them. The\u00a0gainers from it<\/a>\u00a0are very few but very rich (and they hire very powerful agents in Europe and elsewhere). Those billionaire gainers, and their agents, should be Europe\u2019s targets \u2014\u00a0not\u00a0<\/em>Russia and Iran. NATO must end now. Europe needs to be freed, at last, from America\u2019s permanent-war-for permanent-\u2018peace\u2019 grip. For Europeans, who are the indirect victims, to be blaming the refugees, who are the direct victims, won\u2019t solve anything, but will simply please the victimizers, as is the public\u2019s ancient habit (to please the powerful). A break must be made, away from that ugly past. European publics must lead the way, or no one will.<\/p>\n

    PS: Since this article asserts such a large number of things that contradict what the US Government and its agents assert, I have sought out and here linked to the highest-quality, least-contested and most highly authenticated, sources and also to sources that link to such sources; all of which, taken together, constitute a book-length proof of the title-case here, that \u201cAmerica Bombs, Europe Gets the Refugees.
