He is the co-author, with Annabel McGoldrick, of <\/em>Peace Journalism<em> (Hawthorn Press, 2005), and <\/em>Debates in Peace Journalism<em>, Sydney University Press and <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.transcend.org\/tup\/index.php?book=15\" >TRANSCEND University Press<\/a>. He also co-authored with Johan Galtung and Annabel McGoldrick \u2018<\/em>Reporting Conflict: An Introduction to Peace Journalism,&#8217;\u00a0<em>which <\/em><em>TMS editor Antonio C. S. Rosa <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.transcend.org\/tup\/index.php?book=32\" >translated to Portuguese<\/a>. His most recent book:<\/em><em> A Global Standard for Reporting Conflict (Taylor &amp; Francis, 2016).<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Kimberlye Kowalczyk<\/strong>, former <a href=\"https:\/\/www.transcend.org\/tms\/about\/\" >TRANSCEND Media Service Resident Journalist<\/a>, is a member of the <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.transcend.org\/\" >TRANSCEND Network for Peace, Development and Environment<\/a> <\/em><em>and director of communication at Peace Mask Project. She has been a <\/em><em>lecturer at Kyoto University of Foreign Studies, founder of <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mediaforpeacebuilding.com\/\" >Media for Peacebuilding<\/a>, and lecturer at Doshisha Women&#8217;s College of Liberal Arts. <\/em><em>She studied Conflict Transformation at the School for International Training. Kya is originally from Kyoto, Japan. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Antonio Carlos da Silva Rosa,<\/strong> born 1946, is founder-editor of the pioneering Peace Journalism website, <\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.transcend.org\/tms\/\" >TRANSCEND Media Service-TMS<\/a><em> (from 2008), an assistant to Prof. Johan Galtung, Secretary of the International Board of the <\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.transcend.org\/\" >TRANSCEND Network for Peace Development Environment<\/a><em>, and <strong>recipient of the <\/strong><\/em><strong><em>Psychologists for Social Responsibility\u2019s<\/em><\/strong><em><strong> 2017 Anthony J. Marsella <a href=\"https:\/\/www.transcend.org\/tms\/2017\/09\/tms-editor-receives-prize-for-peace-and-social-justice\/\" >Prize<\/a><\/strong> for the Psychology of Peace and Social Justice<\/em><strong><em>.<\/em><\/strong><em> He completed the required coursework for a Ph.D. in Political Science-Peace Studies (1994), has a Masters in Political Science-International Relations (1990), and a B.A. in Communication (1988) from the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/manoa.hawaii.edu\/\" >University of Hawai\u2019i<\/a>. Originally from Brazil, he lives presently in Porto, Portugal.
