The hardquantifiable fact is, that the &lsquo;peaceful majority&rsquo; is the &lsquo;silentmajority&rsquo; and it is cowed and extraneous.&rdquo; For Marek, the upshot isthis: &ldquo;We must pay attention to the only group that counts: thefanatics who threaten our way of life.&rdquo; He&rsquo;s wrong.
