This is the second sailing into Gaza followingthe one in August, when 48 activists did it.<\/p>\n<p>Before leaving Cyprus for Gaza, Maguire said:<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Like millions of people around the world, I feel for the people ofGaza, and particularly the children, suffering for two years now, undera Siege by the Israeli government policies.&nbsp;&nbsp; The problem ofIsrael\/Palestine is political, and there is a political solution. Butit can only be reached by dialogue and negotiation, not by thecollective punishment of the People of Gaza and Palestine by theIsraeli government.
