\nfused with a military-industrial mafia
\nwho tell congress and the president what to do.<\/p>\n

The primary discourse of politics ought to be
\nthe money trail.\u00a0 Yet, it is utterly absent
\nin the mainstream news media fawning
\nat the feet of the billionaire elite.<\/p>\n

America\u2019s motto: \u201cChrist was a capitalist,\u201d
\neven though Jesus never said,
\nin The Sermon on The Mount:
\n\u201cBlessed are the shoppers.\u201d<\/p>\n

The world is reaping the whirlwind.
\nDionysian evangelists for Faust,
\nreaching for the rapture on gilded thrones,
\nsend their drones to joust
\nwith the dragons of Eden.<\/p>\n

The battle for the soul of civilization
\nrages on a razor\u2019s edge.<\/p>\n

Fear not, say the lion and the fawn.
\nToday\u2019s folly is but the dawn
\nof a brave new Queendom of Equanimity.<\/p>\n

Imagine, said the sage.\u00a0 We are the birth-pangs
\nof a new age.\u00a0 Forged by faith without cease.
\nDaily planting seeds of peace.<\/p>\n
