Like the three tenors, like three pillars,
\nthere are three Pablos for peace:
\nPicasso, Neruda and Peredes.<\/p>\n

The first painted Guernica, the second
\nwrote poems as an act of peace.
\nThe third refuses to fight in Iraq.<\/p>\n

There is talk about the conscience of mankind.
\nBut there is no such thing, only
\nthe conscience of each individual.<\/p>\n

Pablo Picasso painted the horrors of war,
\nPablo Neruda wrote poems of love and decency,
\nPablo Peredes refused to kill or be killed<\/p>\n

The three Pablos are comrades against arms.
\nThey stand together for human dignity.
\nShould we not stand with them?<\/p>\n
