Cr\u00e9dit Image Iyad Sabbah<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Il n&#8217;y a plus grand monde qui vive dans le quartier de Shuja&#8217;iyya de Gaza. Et pour cause, \u00e0 la suite des bombardements et des combats qui ont eu lieu dans cette partie de la ville, il n&#8217;y pas plus vraiment de b\u00e2timent qui tienne debout. Plus vraiment d&#8217;habitat pour ceux qui y avaient \u00e9lu domicile.<\/p>\n<p>Comme un clin d&#8217;oeil cinglant \u00e0 cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9, l&#8217;artiste palestinien Iyad Sabbah a choisi l&#8217;endroit \u2013 sorte de &#8220;no man&#8217;s land&#8221; o\u00f9 ne reste que la d\u00e9vastation \u2013 pour y poser sa derni\u00e8re installation, r\u00e9solument politique.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Worn Out&#8221;, c&#8217;est son nom, prolonge les r\u00e9cents travaux du plasticien (comme on le constate sur <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/isabbah.com\/\" >son site<\/a>, ce n&#8217;est pas la premi\u00e8re fois qu&#8217;il cr\u00e9e en rapport au conflit isra\u00e9lo-palestinien). L&#8217;oeuvre a rapidement \u00e9t\u00e9 rep\u00e9r\u00e9e par les m\u00e9dias sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, notamment <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.designboom.com\/art\/palestinian-artist-clay-family-fleeing-gaza-10-22-2014\/\" >Design Boom<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Sur une plaine, en contrebas de b\u00e2timents d\u00e9cr\u00e9pis, une famille sculpt\u00e9e dans la terre fuit la poussi\u00e8re et les amoncellements de gravats.
