Then some reporters also began to call their offices:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>&#8220;Today I feel somewhat homosexual, so I cannot come to work.&#8221; <\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In time, the law was abolished.<\/p>\n<p><em>_______________________________________________<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.transcend.org\/tms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/dietrich-dieter-fischer-e1575362795888.jpg\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-146037\" src=\"https:\/\/www.transcend.org\/tms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/dietrich-dieter-fischer-e1575362795888.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100\" height=\"133\" \/><\/a><\/em><em>Dietrich Fischer (1941-2015) from M\u00fcnsingen, Switzerland, got a Licentiate in Mathematics from the University of Bern 1968 and his Ph.D. in Computer Science from New York University 1976. Fischer was a MacArthur Fellow in International Peace and Security at Princeton University 1986-88, has taught mathematics, computer science, economics and peace studies at various universities, and been a consultant to the United Nations.
