19 Jan 2020 – We\u2019ve published emails, contracts, organizational charts, meeting videos, loan agreements and more from our investigation into Isabel dos Santos.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The documents that form the basis of Luanda Leaks<\/a> came to the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists<\/a> from Paris-based Platform to Protect Whistleblowers<\/a> in Africa.<\/p>\n

The files reveal how Isabel dos Santos, the richest woman in Africa<\/a> and daughter of long-serving African strongman president, Jos\u00e9 Eduardo dos Santos, moved public money out of one of the poorest countries on the planet into tax havens and beyond.<\/p>\n

The leak<\/a> is comprised of more than 715,000 documents, including emails, contracts, spreadsheets, audits, incorporation papers, organizational charts, board of directors meeting minutes and videos, loan agreements, deeds, public contracts, invoices, tax advice and tax returns.<\/p>\n
