17 Jul 2020 – <\/em>I am a long-time Countercurrents correspondent and on 4 June 2020 \u00a0published in Germany a large book entitled US-Imposed Post-9\/11 Muslim Holocaust & Muslim Genocide<\/em> that is substantially based on articles I have published in Countercurrents as well as in other progressive media over the last 2 decades. \u00a0Despite thousands of Mainstream journalists around the world being informed over the last 40 days, the Silence has been Deafening. Evidently black and brown lives don\u2019t matter to the English-speaking Western Mainstream.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

(1). The essence of this exhaustively documented, \u00a0400-page book is as follows: \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

While holocaust means a huge number of deaths, genocide is defined by the UN Genocide Convention as \u201cacts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial or religious group\u201d.\u00a0 Articles 55 and 56 of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War demand that an Occupier must supply life-sustaining food and medical services to its Conquered Subjects \u201cto the fullest extent of the means available to it\u201d. \u201cDeaths from violence and imposed deprivation\u201d are well known for the Germany-imposed WW2 Jewish Holocaust (5-6 million) but are largely\u00a0 ignored for the Germany-imposed WW2 European Holocaust of Slavs, Jews and Roma (30 million),\u00a0 the Australia-complicit, British-imposed WW2 Bengali Holocaust (6-7\u00a0 million), the Japan-imposed WW2 Chinese Holocaust (35-40 million), and ongoing atrocities such as the Australian Aboriginal Genocide (2 million),\u00a0 the Palestinian Genocide (2 million), the Global Avoidable Mortality Holocaust (1,500 million post-1950 deaths from deprivation), \u00a0and the post-9\/11 Muslim Holocaust and Muslim Genocide (over 30 million).<\/p>\n

Holocaust ignoring and genocide ignoring are far, far worse than repugnant\u00a0 holocaust denial and genocide denial because the latter at least permit refutation and public debate. My \u00a0new book \u201cUS-imposed Post-9\/11 Muslim Holocaust & Muslim Genocide\u201d quantitatively\u00a0 records 60 such genocidal atrocities, and in particular focusses\u00a0 on exposing and detailing\u00a0 the Mainstream-ignored, huge\u00a0 mortality in the ongoing, US-imposed post-9\/11\u00a0 US War on\u00a0 Muslims (over 30 million deaths from violence and imposed deprivation) and the ongoing Global Avoidable Mortality Holocaust (15 million avoidable deaths from deprivation annually; see Gideon Polya, \u201cBody Count. Global avoidable mortality since 1950\u201d, that includes a succinct history \u00a0of all countries and \u00a0is now available for free perusal on the Web: http:\/\/globalbodycount.blogspot.com\/ <\/a>\u00a0\u00a0). \u00a0These atrocities will be dwarfed by the worsening Climate Genocide in which, in the absence of requisite urgent action, \u00a010 billion people will perish prematurely this century en route \u00a0to a sustainable human population of only 0.5-1.0 billion in 2100 (see \u201cClimate Genocide\u201d: \u00a0https:\/\/sites.google.com\/site\/climategenocide\/<\/a> \u00a0). \u00a0Peace is the only way but silence kills and silence is complicity.<\/p>\n

The book concludes: \u201cDecent people must oppose the neoliberal Gadarene rush to global suicide by (a) informing everyone they can, (b) following the example of the marvellous Greta Thunberg and the School Strikers and launching a Climate Revolution (peaceful and nonviolent of course) with millions out in the streets, and (c) urging and applying Boycotts, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) against all people, politicians, parties, collectives, corporations and countries disproportionately involved in the worsening climate emergency, climate genocide and Biosphere destruction. There is no Planet B and there must be zero tolerance for the neoliberal, genocidal and terracidal climate criminals. However, as argued in the Introductory comments, fundamentally we must all rigorously adhere to the principle that \u201call men are created equal and have an inalienable right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness\u201d \u2013 and that means an end to Mainstream mendacity, the ongoing Global Avoidable Mortality Holocaust, the ongoing Muslim Holocaust and Muslim Genocide, and the worsening Climate Genocide\u201d.<\/p>\n

While the terms \u201cholocaust\u201d, \u201cgenocide\u201d and \u201cGeneva Convention observance\u201d are precisely defined, the terminology \u00a0and shocking underlying substance of most of the \u00a0chapter headings (see below) are overwhelmingly \u00a0ignored \u00a0by Western Mainstream politicians, academics \u00a0and journalists in a process of ongoing holocaust ignoring and genocide ignoring that is far, far worse than repugnant\u00a0 holocaust denial and genocide denial because the latter at least permit refutation and public debate.<\/p>\n

This appalling catalogue of human suffering and premature death in the 21st century Muslim Holocaust and Muslim Genocide should be considered in the context of atrocities in the 20th century and earlier.
