The documentary feature film, The Crisis of Civilization<\/em> – based on TRANSCEND member Dr. Nafeez Ahmed’s latest book, A User’s Guide to the Crisis of Civilization: And How to\u00a0Save It<\/em> (Pluto\/Macmillan, 2010) – has just been released today [15 Mar 2012] free, online.<\/p>\n

The Crisis of Civilization is a powerful critique of a failed global system in which ecological disaster, financial meltdown, dwindling oil reserves, terrorism and food shortages are converging symptoms of one single, failed system. Created from over six hundred public domain films, and hand-made stop-motion animations by Lucca Benney, the film features clowns, car crashes, explosions, super heroes, xylophones, and much more! <\/em><\/em><\/p>\n
