<\/em>Forty-six nursing home residents who had received their first dose of <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.org\/defender\/johns-hopkins-scientist-medical-certainty-pfizer-vaccine-caused-death-florida-doctor\/\" >Pfizer-BioNTech\u2019s<\/a> fast-tracked vaccination against <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.org\/defender_category\/covid\/\" >COVID-19<\/a> at the beginning of January had died by the end of the month, Spanish media have <a href=\"https:\/\/sevilla.abc.es\/andalucia\/cadiz\/sevi-brote-residencia-barrios-provoca-46-muertes-coronavirus-202102040941_noticia.html?ref=https:%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2F#ancla_comentarios\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Staff first reported a coronavirus outbreak at Nuestra Se\u00f1ora del Rosario (Our Lady of the Rosary), a nursing home in the province of Cadiz, Andalusia in Spain on Jan.12, in the wake of a vaccine distribution campaign.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry of Housing and Families intervened in the private facility which houses up to 145 residents and where local media reported on Feb. 4 that a further 28 of 94 residents as well as 12 staff members had tested positive for COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>At another nursing home in the same southwestern Spanish province, in Novo Sancti Petri, in Chiclani, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.en24news.com\/e\/2021\/02\/22-elderly-people-die-from-an-outbreak-of-covid-19-in-a-cadiz-residence-which-already-leaves-103-infected.html\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">22 elderly residents died<\/a> and 103 were infected following a vaccination campaign.<\/p>\n<p>Similar outbreaks and death clusters following vaccination have been reported across the globe, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">29 elderly people died in <a href=\"https:\/\/7news.com.au\/sunrise\/on-the-show\/29-norwegians-died-after-taking-pfizer-covid-jab-so-should-we-be-concerned-c-1977656\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Norway<\/a> shortly <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.org\/defender\/china-health-experts-suspension-covid-vaccines-norway\/\" >after receiving Pfizer\u2019s vaccination<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">13 deaths among 40 residents following vaccination at one nursing home in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suedkurier.de\/region\/bodenseekreis\/bodenseekreis\/elf-todesfaelle-im-seniorenwohnpark-laut-buergermeister-ein-tragischer-zufall-und-ohne-zusammenhang-zum-impftermin;art410936,10719652\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Germany<\/a> were dismissed as \u201ctragic coincidence.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">10 deaths in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aninews.in\/news\/world\/europe\/german-specialists-probing-10-deaths-of-people-vaccinated-against-covid-1920210115045615\/\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">German palliative care patients<\/a> within hours to four days of COVID-19 vaccination were deemed a \u201c<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.org\/defender\/death-by-coincidence\/\" >coincidence<\/a>.\u201d<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">22 of 72 residents of a nursing home in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.basingstokegazette.co.uk\/news\/19043790.coronavirus-outbreak-22-deaths-pemberley-house-care-home\/\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Basingstoke, England<\/a> have died following vaccination.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">24 seniors at a nursing home in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.syracuse.com\/coronavirus\/2021\/01\/covid-19-outbreak-at-auburn-nursing-home-infects-137-residents-kills-24.html\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Syracuse, NY<\/a> were reported to have died from COVID-19 as of Jan. 9 despite having been vaccinated beginning Dec. 22.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">10 cases of COVID-19 were <a href=\"http:\/\/www.xinhuanet.com\/english\/2021-01\/28\/c_139704947.htm\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a> on Jan. 28 among seniors who had received both doses of Pfizer\u2019s vaccine at one care home in Stockholm Sweden. The residents were vaccinated on Dec. 27 and again on Jan.19.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The COVID-19 death toll in the small British enclave of Gibraltar numbered 16 before it launched its Pfizer vaccination campaign on Jan. 10 and then shot up to 53 deaths 10 days later and to 70 seven days after that. According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/uk-factcheck-gibraltar-deaths-idUSKBN2A22CC\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Reuters report<\/a>, the Gibraltar Health Authority declared there was \u201cno evidence at all of any causal link\u201d between 6 of the deaths that were investigated and Pfizer\u2019s vaccine, despite the individuals having tested negative for COVID before vaccination, but positive \u201cin the days immediately after.\u201d<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">4,500 COVID-19 cases in Israel occurred in patients after they had received one dose of Pfizer\u2019s vaccine and 375 of those vaccinated patients required hospitalization, Israeli news media <a href=\"https:\/\/www.israelnationalnews.com\/News\/News.aspx\/294794\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a> on Jan.12.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Seven adults living in a care home in Saskatoon tested positive for coronavirus a week after residents were vaccinated at the Sherbrooke Community Centre, the CBC <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbc.ca\/news\/canada\/saskatoon\/sherbrooke-community-centre-saskatoon-1.5882719\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a>. There were no positive cases at the time of vaccination.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Seven residents at a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/seven-residents-at-montreal-care-home-get-covid-19-after-receiving-first-vaccine-dose_3655145.html\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Montreal<\/a> long-term care facility tested positive for COVID- within 28 days of being vaccinated with Pfizer\u2019s vaccine, prompting the province of Quebec to delay the second Pfizer dose.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Abercorn Care Home in Scotland, which began COVID-19 vaccinations on Dec. 14 was home to an outbreak of the virus by Jan. 10 and the National Health Service for the region refused to comment on whether vaccinated residents were ill. A care home staff group founder told the Scottish <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailyrecord.co.uk\/news\/scottish-news\/first-care-home-receive-vaccine-23291707\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Daily Record<\/a>: \u201cWe have had members of our group whose parents have had the vaccine and then two weeks later have tested positive for coronavirus.\u201d<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">All of the residents at a home in <a href=\"https:\/\/news.stv.tv\/highlands-islands\/covid-infects-35-vaccinated-staff-and-residents-at-care-home?top\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Inverness, Scotland<\/a> were vaccinated against COVID early in January, but 17 became infected with the virus after the first dose.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The UK Medical Freedom Alliance \u2014 a group of doctors, scientists, lawyers and other professionals who advocate for informed consent in the UK \u2014 published an urgent <a href=\"https:\/\/uploads-ssl.webflow.com\/5fa5866942937a4d73918723\/601ffc3e56a64132caa3f42f_Open_Letter_from_the_UKMFA_Vaccine_Deaths_Care%20Homes.pdf\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">open letter<\/a> to Nadhim Zahawi, Minister for COVID-19 vaccine deployment; Matt Hancock, the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care; and two vaccine oversight agencies calling for an immediate audit of the deaths following vaccination in the UK.<\/p>\n<p>The group refers to graphs showing a surge in care home deaths and cites data from the Office for National Statistics that residents\u2019 deaths tripled in the two weeks between January 8- 22 at a time when there was a massive increase in the rate of vaccinations in care homes.<\/p>\n<p>Similar graphs for Israel, Ireland, Bahrain and Jordan show a similar correlation.<\/p>\n<p>The UK Medical Freedom Alliance points to the \u201cstatistically insignificant\u201d safety data on elderly people in COVID, who they say were \u201cunder-represented\u201d in vaccine clinical trials.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe postulated that there may be increased vaccine side-effects in this group, which would only become apparent when many thousands of them had received vaccinations,\u201d the letter states.<\/p>\n<p>The World Health Organization\u2019s Strategic Advisory Group of Experts <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/news-room\/feature-stories\/detail\/the-moderna-covid-19-mrna-1273-vaccine-what-you-need-to-know\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">updated<\/a> its recommendations for <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.org\/defender\/california-health-officials-pause-moderna-vaccine-batch-allergic-reactions\/\" >Moderna\u2019s vaccine<\/a> administration on Jan. 26 stating that while vaccination is recommended for older persons due to the risks of COVID infection, \u201cvery frail older persons with an anticipated life expectancy of less than 3 months\u201d should not be automatically vaccinated but should be \u201cindividually assessed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>_______________________________________________<\/p>\n<div class=\"author-details-footer\">\n<p class=\"author-name-footer\" style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.transcend.org\/tms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Celeste-McGovern-150x150-1.jpg\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-179541 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.transcend.org\/tms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Celeste-McGovern-150x150-1-e1613538268997.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100\" height=\"100\" \/><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"author-name-footer\" style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.org\/authors\/celeste-mcgovern\/\" >Celeste McGovern &#8211;\u00a0<\/a>Independent investigative journalist.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.org\/defender\/nursing-home-residents-spain-die-pfizer-covid-vaccine\/?utm_source=salsa&amp;eType=EmailBlastContent&amp;eId=2b9af66c-cba0-4577-b22e-491d5cbe62b0\" >Go to Original &#8211; childrenshealthdefense.org<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>16 Feb 2021 &#8211; Forty-six nursing home residents who had received their first dose of Pfizer-BioNTech\u2019s COVID-19 vaccination at the beginning of January had died by the end of the month.
