\nIt`s almost like the hibiscus awakens from a deep sleep
\nto watch the suffering, and evil struggles.
\nThe pink hibiscus stands, unable to weep.
\nThe hardships, pain and greed of the world.
\nCorruption, crime\u00a0 and intolerance run deep.
\nThe pink like the colour of the eye shadow,
\nHer beauty is seen even in snow!<\/p>\n

These flowers are the perfect gift for a soul mate.
\nBut unable to silence the pain and hate
\nThe pink petals are\u00a0 soaked with dew ,
\nShe seems perfect, but that can\u2019t be true.
\nYet no one sees feminine beauty in women.
\nHer vulnerability is masked with \u00a0a normalised fear.
\nthe pink hibiscus with its trumpet shaped petals
\nlike the morning will reappear.<\/p>\n

The dew sweet hibiscus blooms are here
\nyet repressive regimes still stand sturdy
