{"id":217812,"date":"2022-08-15T12:00:05","date_gmt":"2022-08-15T11:00:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.transcend.org\/tms\/?p=217812"},"modified":"2022-08-09T06:39:07","modified_gmt":"2022-08-09T05:39:07","slug":"historic-decision-against-mandatory-vaccination-by-italian-court-in-florence","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.transcend.org\/tms\/2022\/08\/historic-decision-against-mandatory-vaccination-by-italian-court-in-florence\/","title":{"rendered":"Historic Decision against Mandatory Vaccination by Italian Court in Florence"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Covid Vaccine Risk to Human Genome Now Legally Established in Italy<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.transcend.org\/tms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/justice-symbol.jpg\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-217814\" src=\"https:\/\/www.transcend.org\/tms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/justice-symbol.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"209\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.transcend.org\/tms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/justice-symbol.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.transcend.org\/tms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/justice-symbol-300x156.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.transcend.org\/tms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/justice-symbol-768x400.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>18 Jul 2022 &#8211; <em>On July 6th, 2022, the court of Florence has <a href=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Tribunal-Firenze-06072022_EN.pdf\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Tribunal-Firenze-06072022_EN.pdf\">approved<\/a> a sentence annulling the measure taken by the Order of Psychologists of Tuscany against one of its members, the reason being: \u2018the suspension of the exercise of the profession risks compromising primary individual rights such as the right to a livelihood and the right to work\u2019.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The judge <a href=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Tribunal-Firenze-06072022_EN.pdf\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Tribunal-Firenze-06072022_EN.pdf\">ruled<\/a> that the psychologist doesn\u2019t need to be vaccinated in order to do his job by establishing that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>These substances don\u2019t prevent infection and transmission. Therefore, in front of the Italian law, there can not be an obligation.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>She also recognises that these substances provokes severe adverse events.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Therefore, it even less legitimate to force anybody to be injected.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>The judge put the dignity of the human being at the centre and referred twice to the period of Nazism and Fascism. Mandatory vaccination is possible if there is informed consent. For Covid injections, she explained that an informed consent is not possible as we don\u2019t know the ingredients and the mechanisms of these substances because of industrial and alleged military secret.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><em><strong>This interim decision is grounded in serious conclusion: there is no right to suspend a citizen from the right to work based of this illegal request of vaccination with these experimental substances.<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>With this historic court decision, \u201cthe Risk to human genome is now legally established\u201d Renate Holzeisen, Italian attorney engaged in the defense of the Human Rights, said in an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.radioradio.it\/2022\/07\/firenze-storica-sentenza-sui-sieri-holzeisen-accertato-rischio-per-genoma-umano\/?fbclid=IwAR13RnPrl0fwwNOR1p7tYQWXPPvQT4HG5r3qIUAQMUE5N7B3AVYGVLafPY8\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.radioradio.it\/2022\/07\/firenze-storica-sentenza-sui-sieri-holzeisen-accertato-rischio-per-genoma-umano\/?fbclid=IwAR13RnPrl0fwwNOR1p7tYQWXPPvQT4HG5r3qIUAQMUE5N7B3AVYGVLafPY8\">interview for an Italian radio<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis could be a milestone\u201d said Reiner Fuellmich during the <a href=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.eu\/eu-issues\/watch-renate-holzeisen-with-reiner-fuellmich-legal-success-in-italy-emergency-appeal-granted-injections-classified-as-experimental\/\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.eu\/eu-issues\/watch-renate-holzeisen-with-reiner-fuellmich-legal-success-in-italy-emergency-appeal-granted-injections-classified-as-experimental\/\">Corona Committee 113<\/a>, interviewing Renate Holzeisen.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><strong>No obligation as the official data show that these experimental substances don\u2019t prevent infection and transmission amongst people treated with 3 or more Covid shots.<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>First of all, the judge declares that based on the datas published by the <a href=\"https:\/\/cerca.ministerosalute.it\/search?q=&amp;client=default_frontend&amp;site=default_collection&amp;num=10&amp;start=0&amp;filter=p&amp;skipob=true&amp;proxystylesheet=defaultPORT_front-end\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/cerca.ministerosalute.it\/search?q=&amp;client=default_frontend&amp;site=default_collection&amp;num=10&amp;start=0&amp;filter=p&amp;skipob=true&amp;proxystylesheet=defaultPORT_front-end\">Ministry of Health<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aifa.gov.it\/en\/web\/guest\/home\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.aifa.gov.it\/en\/web\/guest\/home\">AIFA<\/a> (Italian Medicines Agency) and the SSN (Italian Health Services), it is very clear that these substances (aka Covid vaccines), defined several times by the judge as \u201cexperimental\u201d, don\u2019t prevent infection from the virus. For a mandatory vaccination, the substances should be proven to work.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, as they don\u2019t work, in front of the Italian law, there can not be an obligation.<\/p>\n<p>Doctor leading the intensive care in Verona has declared in television that all Covid patients in intensive care are people treated with 3 Covid shots.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><strong>Nobody can be forced to be injected as these substances provoke severe adverse events and this is based on official public data regarding adverse events.<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In the <a href=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Tribunal-Firenze-06072022_EN.pdf\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Tribunal-Firenze-06072022_EN.pdf\">court decision<\/a>, the judge also recognises that these substances cause very serious side effects that can even lead to death, and also refers to the risk of genetic mutation.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, it even less legitimate to force anybody to be injected.<\/p>\n<p>The judge declared that you cannot sacrifice life and health of an individual for the benefit of the population, but based on the public data coming from the Italian and European health authority, there is evidence that, at the end, there isn\u2019t even a benefit for the community.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>The Dignity of the human being is at the centre. Mandatory vaccination is not possible because there is NO informed consent due to industrial and alleged military secret regarding the ingredients and the mechanism of these injections.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Even if these substances would work to prevent these infection, after the Nazi and fascism period, it can not be a mandatory without an informed consent.<\/p>\n<p>The judge stated that there is no benefit for these substances BUT even if there was a benefit, we can not sacrifice the individual right in the name of the common interest, and put the dignity of the human being at the centre.<\/p>\n<p>The judge referred twice to the Nazi and fascism period, to the Italian Constitution article 32 highlighting that there is a reason why Dignity is at the centre of the first article of the German constitution.<\/p>\n<p>She explained that an informed consent is not possible as we don\u2019t know the ingredients and the mechanisms of these substances (industrial and alleged military secret).<\/p>\n<p>We should recall a group of Human Rights Italian activists who presented a Freedom of Information Act to the EMA and to the Italian Cares Authority asking for clear informations about the ingredients and the safety of these experimental substances aka Covid injections. As an answer, the EMA said that no information can be shared as there is a military secret in place.<\/p>\n<p>In his decision, the judge stated it: no information are available about these substances and even if we ask for information publicly, we don\u2019t receive it. There is no informed consent.<\/p>\n<p>In this historic decision, the Tuscan judge concluded that based on all these, the discrimination of this psychologist and her suspension from work is totally illegal. Even before hearing the other part (Tuscany\u2019s Chamber of Psychologists), because of the ongoing irreversible damage the plaintiff suffered and because of the clear evidence, she suspended the decision of the Tuscany\u2019s Chamber of Psychologists to suspend the plaintiff and fixed a court hearing for 15<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0September.<\/p>\n<p>But the judge showed as well that there is no need to go to the constitutional court as we know that these substances (aka Covid-19 vaccine) don\u2019t prevent infection.
