Whistleblower Summit Tribute to Dan Ellsberg

Our beloved Dan Ellsberg will be honored at the Whistleblower Summit where he gave the keynote address and received the Pillar Award in 2021. We would not be as vibrant a community without him and are eternally grateful. Dan is considered the father\u00a0of<\/em>\u00a0whistleblowers, and has also acted as a father\u00a0to\u00a0<\/em>whistleblowers as he has personally nurtured those going through the trauma of retaliation and inspired all of us.<\/p>\n

Note: The Ellsberg family is planning the official memorial for Dan in October. This tribute is part of the Whistleblower Summit, organized on short notice in time for National Whistleblower Day, is one of many tributes\u00a0that are being planned by many who have been touched by Dan.<\/p>\n
