The Palestinian death toll has reached more than 30,000 with more than 70,000 wounded. About 70% of these casualties are women and children. Almost 80% of the housing infrastructure has been destroyed and so have scores of hospitals, schools, mosques, churches, cultural sites, businesses, and UN offices.<\/em><\/p>\n

This obviously goes way beyond \u201cself-defense.\u201d So we must stop, and ask ourselves \u201cWhy?\u201d <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

What\u2019s <\/strong>really <\/strong>going on in Gaza, in the Middle East as a whole, and with <\/strong>Israel\u2019s\u00a0<\/strong>9\/11? And what can we learn by comparing Israel\u2019s 9\/11 to the United States\u2019 9\/11?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Are there specific geostrategic interests in Gaza driving a depopulation agenda by Israel? <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

We\u2019ll look at the natural gas fields discovered two decades ago immediately offshore of Gaza worth $453B. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

We also examine the $55B Ben Gurion Canal project that <\/strong>Gaza <\/strong>is sitting in the way of. But first . . . an inquiry into the US geostrategic goals in Afghanistan and Iraq.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

9\/11: Project for a New American Century \u2014 NeoCon Think Tank<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We start with the 9\/11 side of the equation \u2014 and find, most interestingly, that the goals of the 2001 Bush Administration were established by the incoming neoconservatives and laid out in their key paper, Rebuilding America\u2019s Defenses<\/a>. These individuals founded the Project for a New American Century<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Project for the New American Century<\/strong> (PNAC<\/strong>) was a neoconservative think tank based in Washington, D.C., that focused on United States foreign policy. It was established as a non-profit educational organization in 1997, and founded by William Kristol and Robert Kagan. PNAC\u2019s stated goal was \u201cto promote American global leadership.\u201d The organization stated that \u201cAmerican leadership is good both for America and for the world,\u201d and sought to build support for \u201ca Reaganite policy of military strength<\/strong> and moral clarity.\u201d<\/p>\n

Of the twenty-five people who signed PNAC\u2019s founding statement of principles, ten went on to serve in the administration of U.S. President George W. Bush<\/strong>, including Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, and Paul Wolfowitz. [Emphasis added.]<\/em><\/p>\n
