26 May 2024 – Outright Fraud: The Criminalization of International Law – According to the ICC, “There Is No Genocide”<\/em><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Introduction<\/strong><\/h3>\n

There is a complex history behind Israel\u2019s October 2023 plan to\u00a0\u201cWipe Gaza off the Map\u201d. <\/strong>It\u2019s \u201can ongoing genocide\u201d,<\/strong> an absolute slaughter, coupled with atrocities.<\/em><\/p>\n

It\u2019s a criminal undertaking based on Israel\u2019s doctrine of \u201cJustified\u00a0Vengeance\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0which was first\u00a0formulated in 2001.<\/em><\/p>\n

The \u201cJustified\u00a0Vengeance\u201d\u00a0doctrine propounds\u00a0in no uncertain terms that Palestine (despite its limited military capabilities) is \u201cthe Aggressor\u201d and that \u201cIsrael has the right to defend itself\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>which since October 7, 2023 consists in the conduct of a carefully\u00a0planned genocide\u00a0against the\u00a0People of Palestine.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Paul Larudee<\/strong> begs the question:<\/p>\n

\u201cIs there a point at which the genocide in Gaza becomes egregious enough to provoke other countries to directly intervene in the Gaza Strip to prevent further genocide?<\/p>\n

Can Israel exterminate the entire population without anyone stopping them?\u201d<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The answer to that question is provided by the International Criminal Court (ICC) in the form of a despicable set of accusations directed against Palestinians who are the victims of \u00a0\u201cAn Act of Genocide\u201d instigated by Israel with the unbending support of most Western governments.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

False Flag. \u201cPalestine Attacks Israel\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Below is the statement of the ICC Prosecutor Karim A.A. Khan (KC) which accuses Hamas of committing crimes against humanity as well as war crimes, <\/strong>while carefully ignoring the evidence pertaining to Israel\u2019s \u201cfalse flag\u201d operation <\/strong>which has resulted\u00a0quite \u201cdeliberately\u201d \u2014on behalf of the Netanyahu government\u2014 in deaths of innocent Israeli civilians.<\/strong><\/p>\n\"\"<\/picture>\n

Military operations are invariably planned well in advance. \u00a0The October 7, 2023 \u201cOperation Al-Aqsa Storm\u201d was not a \u201csurprise attack\u201d. \u00a0<\/strong>It was a False\u00a0Flag operation carried out by a \u201cfaction\u201d (intelligence assets) within Hamas,<\/a>\u00a0in close liaison\u00a0with Mossad and U.S. intelligence.\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n

According to Dr. Philip Giraldi<\/a><\/strong>, a renowned analyst and former CIA official:<\/a><\/p>\n

As a former intelligence officer, I find it impossible to believe that Israel did not have multiple informants inside Gaza<\/strong> as well as electronic listening devices<\/strong> all along the border wall which would have picked up movements of groups and vehicles.<\/p>\n

In other words, the whole thing might be a tissue of lies as is often the case. (October 8, 2023)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

According to \u00a0Efrat Fenigson<\/a><\/strong>, former IDF intelligence official <\/a>(published on October 7, 2023)<\/p>\n

There\u2019s no way Israel did not know of what\u2019s coming<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

How come border crossings were wide open?<\/p>\n

Something is VERY WRONG HERE, something is very strange, this chain of events is very unusual and not typical for the Israeli defense system.<\/p>\n

To me this surprise attack seems like a planned operation. On all fronts.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The Features of the Gaza Fence<\/a>\u00a0largely confirm the above statements by Giraldi and Fenigson:<\/strong><\/div>\n

According to Israel\u2019s defence ministry \u201cthe barrier includes hundreds of cameras, radars and other sensors, it spans 65km<\/strong><\/p>\n

The ministry said the project\u2019s \u201csmart fence\u201d is more than six metres high and its maritime barrier includes means to detect infiltration by sea and a remote-controlled weapons system.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Had \u00a0\u201cOperation Al-Aqsa Storm\u201d<\/strong> been a \u201csurprise attack\u201d as\u00a0parroted by the media, Netanyahu\u2019s\u00a0\u201cState of Readiness For War\u201d<\/strong> could not have been carried out (at short notice) on that same day,\u00a0namely October 7, 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n

There is A Long History of Israeli False Flags <\/strong><\/h3>\n

The late\u00a0 Prof Tanya Reinhart<\/a><\/strong> confirmed the formulation in 1997 of a False Flag Agenda<\/a>\u00a0entitled \u201cThe Green Light to Terror\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0which consisted in promoting (engineering) suicide attacks against Israeli civilians, citing \u201cthe Bloodshed as a Justification\u201d<\/strong> to wage war on Palestine:<\/p>\n

\u201c\u2026This is the \u201cgreen light to terror\u201d theme which the Military Intelligence (Ama\u201dn) <\/strong>has been promoting since 1997, when its anti-Oslo line was consolidated. There is continuity: Israel\u2019s Military Intelligence remains in charge of implementing false flag operations coupled with \u201cActs of Genocide\u201d directed against Palestine.<\/p>\n
