Dans une correspondance ult\u00e9rieure avec lui et avec l\u2019engagement d\u2019un troisi\u00e8me David, David Wick, nous avons abouti \u00e0 une initiative plus raffin\u00e9e, pour laquelle nous sollicitons \u00e0 nouveau vos suggestions.<\/p>\n<p>Demande de proposition<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tat de conflit mondial meurtrier vous sugg\u00e8re-t-il qu\u2019apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une culture de paix, nous devons renouveler et amplifier nos efforts ?<\/p>\n<p>Nous vous \u00e9crivons dans l\u2019espoir que vous pourrez nous aider \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper un syst\u00e8me interactif sur Internet qui inciterait les gens du monde entier \u00e0 agir pour une culture de paix.<\/p>\n<p>Pour commencer ce si\u00e8cle, en l\u2019an 2000, les Nations Unies ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 l\u2019Ann\u00e9e internationale de la culture de la paix. L\u2019ONU a adopt\u00e9 une r\u00e9solution qui d\u00e9finit la culture de la paix et propose 8 domaines d\u2019action : droits de l\u2019homme, \u00e9ducation \u00e0 la paix, d\u00e9veloppement durable, \u00e9galit\u00e9 des femmes, participation d\u00e9mocratique, tol\u00e9rance et solidarit\u00e9, libre circulation de l\u2019information, d\u00e9sarmement et s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, 75 millions de personnes ont sign\u00e9 le Manifeste 2000 promettant d\u2019\u0153uvrer pour une culture de paix dans leur vie quotidienne. Les paragraphes du Manifeste correspondaient aux domaines de programme du programme d\u2019action de l\u2019ONU.<\/p>\n<p>Mais la culture de la paix ne s\u2019est pas d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e comme nous l\u2019esp\u00e9rions, et maintenant nous en avons plus que jamais besoin !<\/p>\n<p>Nous proposons de reprendre le Manifeste 2000 l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il s\u2019est arr\u00eat\u00e9, de le rebaptiser Manifeste 2025, de recueillir \u00e0 nouveau des signatures et d\u2019engager des actions.<\/p>\n<p>Nous devons aller au-del\u00e0 des signatures et inciter les gens \u00e0 agir dans leur vie quotidienne dans le cadre d\u2019un mouvement mondial pour une culture de paix.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons besoin d\u2019un syst\u00e8me Internet qui favorise ce mouvement. Il doit \u00eatre interactif.<\/p>\n<p>Id\u00e9alement, cela pourrait encourager de petits groupes de travail \u00e0 s\u2019engager en faveur de la culture de la paix, en commen\u00e7ant par un \u00e9change de leurs propres valeurs, sentiments et exp\u00e9riences et en d\u00e9bouchant sur l\u2019\u00e9laboration et la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019actions. Un tel syst\u00e8me pourrait \u00eatre en partie automatique, comprenant un moyen de t\u00e9l\u00e9charger des photos et des descriptions de leurs commentaires et actions afin qu\u2019elles puissent \u00eatre partag\u00e9es avec d\u2019autres groupes, avec un moyen efficace d\u2019\u00e9viter le contenu spam.<\/p>\n<p>Il faudrait trouver un moyen d\u2019\u00e9changer des questions et des r\u00e9ponses et, m\u00eame si certaines questions pourraient recevoir une r\u00e9ponse automatique, d\u2019autres n\u00e9cessiteraient une intervention humaine de la part des gestionnaires du syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>Pour faire grandir le syst\u00e8me, les participants pourraient \u00eatre encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 promouvoir d\u2019autres groupes de travail similaires, et il pourrait y avoir des moyens d\u2019\u00e9changer des messages directs entre les groupes.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me doit \u00eatre suffisamment simple \u00e0 utiliser pour des personnes de tous \u00e2ges et de tous niveaux d\u2019\u00e9ducation et doit \u00eatre disponible en plusieurs langues.<\/p>\n<p>Nous trois, appartenant \u00e0 une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration plus \u00e2g\u00e9e, avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des sites Web sur lesquels nous essayions d\u2019obtenir une interaction et une discussion de la part des lecteurs, mais nous n\u2019arrivions pas \u00e0 le faire fonctionner. Il semble que d\u00e9velopper l\u2019interaction et la discussion sur Internet ne soit pas une t\u00e2che facile !<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est pourquoi nous nous tournons vers vous, membres d\u2019une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, pour vos conseils et, si possible, vos propositions.<\/p>\n<p>Connaissez-vous un syst\u00e8me sur Internet qui pourrait r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper le type d\u2019interaction qui motiverait les gens \u00e0 agir pour une culture de paix comme d\u00e9crit ci-dessus ? The trick, it seems to me, is how to make that very engaging, challenging, fun and exciting. Perhaps the evolution of online games geared toward people of all different ages. But what is the \u201chook\u201d? The entry point? Why would they want to spend the time? Certainly not by doomsday predictions, as that drives people away. Why do we do Wordle or Connections?
