29 Jul 2025\u00a0<\/em>–\u00a0On July 19th<\/a><\/strong>, Ynet <\/em>announced Israeli artificial intelligence startup Decart \u201chas unveiled a groundbreaking real-time video transformation technology, setting a new benchmark in the fast-evolving field of generative media,\u201d following \u201cmonths of anticipation and extensive fundraising.\u201d Dubbed Mirage, it \u201callows continuous transformation of live or pre-recorded video content without interruption, maintaining high quality and impressive stability throughout.\u201d Obvious suspicions arise the tech\u2019s true purpose is to concoct convincing, fabricated kompromat on targets, with no risk of Zionist intelligence being publicly exposed.<\/p>\n

Such an interpretation isn\u2019t immediately obvious from the description of Mirage offered by Ynet<\/em>. The outlet states the tech \u201ctransforms the very definition of video – from a static, pre-recorded format to a living, flexible, and interactive medium.\u201d This reportedly opens up \u201cnew business models for content creators, brands, and platforms.\u201d For example, \u201cbroadcasters and advertisers\u201d could \u201cgenerate multiple versions of a single piece of content during a live transmission\u2026[tailoring] content in real-time to different audience segments.\u201d<\/p>\n

Yet, buried in the Ynet <\/em>report is reference to how Decart was forged in 2023 by Dean Leitersdorf and Moshe Shalev, while they were serving in the Zionist Occupation Forces\u2019 fearsome Unit 8200<\/a><\/strong>. The shadowy spying cell conducts clandestine operations, signals intelligence collection, code decryption, counterintelligence, cyberwarfare, and surveillance. Many of its veterans have established<\/a><\/strong> major tech companies, frequently operating<\/a><\/strong> in Silicon Valley. Decart generated enormous early interest among investors, raising<\/a><\/strong> $53 million just two months after official launch, and securing a $500 million valuation.<\/p>\n

Among those investors is Zeev Ventures<\/a><\/strong>, founded by Israeli-American Oren Zeev. Its other investments include Israeli firm Riverside<\/a><\/strong>, an audio and video recording service. Its staff<\/a><\/strong> is riddled with ZOF veterans. Moreover, Decart has thoroughly impressed Technion – the Israel Institute of Technology. The pair have announced a joint AI research center, \u201cto strengthen academic research, knowledge development, and technological innovation.\u201d Under its auspices, the Institute\u2019s elite honours program<\/a><\/strong> will be renamed the \u201cTechnion-Decart Honors Program\u201d.<\/p>\n

Technion has an extensive and deplorable history of direct complicity in the Zionist entity\u2019s erasure of the Palestinian people. The Institute maintains formal partnerships<\/a><\/strong> with multiple Israeli weapons manufacturers and security and intelligence firms, including infamous Elbit Systems<\/a><\/strong>. Its assorted faculties have helped innovate numerous monstrous resources, such as remote\u00ad control capabilities<\/a><\/strong> for the Caterpillar D\u00ad9 armored bulldozer, used by Tel Aviv to demolish Palestinian homes. Benefits such as academic credits and scholarships are specifically awarded<\/a><\/strong> to Institute students based on their ZOF service.<\/p>\n

Markedly, numerous Technion alumni<\/a><\/strong> – among them individuals who previously served<\/a><\/strong> in Unit 8200 – have gone on to work for Toka, which has patented technology<\/a><\/strong> capable of locating security cameras and webcams, hacking into them, then altering their live feeds without trace. Toka was founded by former Israeli premier Ehud Barak – a close associate<\/a><\/strong> of Jeffrey Epstein. Given ample indications<\/a><\/strong> Epstein was collating sexual blackmail material<\/a><\/strong> on powerful figures for intelligence agencies, comments made by Mirage cofounder Dean Leitersdorf to Ynet <\/em>take on a chilling character:<\/p>\n

Anyone can become a creator and give visual form to their imagination. This opens up endless possibilities for creation, communication and a new relationship between people and technology.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n

\u2018Video Platforms\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

A January Ynet <\/em>report sheds considerable<\/a><\/strong> further light on the significance of Unit 8200 to Decart\u2019s founding, and its chiefs\u2019 intelligence backgrounds. Leitersdorf, described as the company\u2019s \u201ccentral figure\u201d who \u201cgrew up immersed in the world of high-tech and business\u201d, hails from \u201cIsrael\u2019s old-money aristocracy\u201d. His close relatives are all major players in the entity\u2019s finance and \u2018defence\u2019 sectors. Moreover, Leitersdorf completed<\/a><\/strong> his bachelor\u2019s, master\u2019s, and doctoral degrees at Technion, in just five-and-a-half years, all while serving in the ZOF. He explained:<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019d work from 9 am to 7 pm in Unit 8200, and then squeeze in a few hours of studying before bed.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Moshe Shalev<\/a><\/strong>, a 14-year Unit 8200 veteran, told Ynet <\/em>that towards the end of his ZOF service he \u201cwanted to explore the world of research,\u201d and crossed paths with Leitersdorf. When they started chatting, Shalev realised he\u2019d \u201cfound someone who could tell me what was possible and what wasn\u2019t,\u201d and \u201cknew all the technologies of 8200.\u201d He described the experience as \u201cmind-blowing\u201d, and they began meeting regularly, discussing how to apply their experiences of working in the Unit to the commercial sphere.<\/p>\n

So it was in late 2024, Decart released a \u201ccute demo\u201d dubbed Oasis, demonstrating the company\u2019s AI capabilities. The app lets users explore an ever-changing virtual environment, which is influenced in real-time based on their keystrokes and mouse movement, purely via artificial intelligence. Leitersdorf claims, \u201cwe thought a few people might play with it\u2026[but] we were stunned by how fast it blew up.\u201d Oasis went viral across multiple platforms, exceeding one million users in just three days.<\/p>\n

While Mirage was unmentioned in the January Ynet <\/em>report, Leitersdorf talked a big game of Decart\u2019s ambitions to create a suite of products that would attract up to a billion users, which \u201cdoesn\u2019t solve a single problem but solves thousands of problems.\u201d Still, \u201cthe ability to turn imagination into video\u201d loomed large in the company\u2019s stated vision, and \u201cto that end,\u201d the firm is \u201cestablishing one of the most advanced AI labs in the world, recruiting the best minds Israeli tech has to offer\u201d:<\/p>\n

\u201cDecart has a bold and ambitious goal: to reinvent AI from the ground up and become the technological backbone for anyone in the world who wishes to use it.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n

In July, Ynet <\/em>suggested Decart\u2019s real-time video editing software would be of enormous utility on \u201csocial platforms\u201d, allowing users to use Mirage \u201cto change their appearance in real time, create clips or livestream with custom visual effects – all without relying on professional editing tools.\u201d The technology was said to support image generation \u201cat 20 frames per second with live-broadcast-quality resolution,\u201d and \u201cfuture updates are expected to support Full HD and even 4K, the standard for most video platforms and televisions.\u201d<\/p>\n

The obvious interest of such tech to intelligence agencies was unmentioned. This was despite Mirage evidently being spawned directly from the founders\u2019 experience toiling in Unit 8200. The enormous mainstream hype elicited by the tool, launched by hitherto unknown figures, and vast sums of money pumped into the fledgling company instantly upon its emergence, may also be illuminating. For every dollar<\/a><\/strong> invested in a startup by the CIA\u2019s little-known venture capital wing In-Q-Tel<\/a><\/strong>, the private sector injects $18.<\/p>\n

\u2018Sex Trafficking\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

Intelligence services the world over are notorious for using sexual blackmail to force targets into doing their bidding. Moreover, agencies including the CIA have extensive histories<\/a><\/strong> of forging sex tapes and compromising photos of \u201cenemy\u201d leaders to discredit them. Witnesses and victims alike have claimed<\/a><\/strong> Jeffrey Epstein\u2019s numerous lavish residences – purchased with uncertain wealth – were equipped with hidden cameras and microphones, used to record sexual assaults and rapes by countless politicians and high-profile figures he counted as close friends.<\/p>\n

Following Epstein\u2019s arrest in July 2019<\/a><\/strong> for sex trafficking of minors, veteran reporter Eric Margolis came forward<\/a><\/strong> to recount his attendance at a grand lunch convened in the shadowy financier\u2019s palatial New York mansion during the late 1990s, at which all attendees \u201csang the praises of Israel.\u201d Immediately upon arrival, a butler invited him to enjoy \u201can intimate massage\u201d courtesy of a \u201cpretty young girl\u201d. The offer \u201cseemed so out of place and weird to me that I swiftly declined,\u201d Margolis reported:<\/p>\n

\u201cMore important than indelicacy, as an old observer of intelligence affairs, to me this offer reeked of ye old honey trap, a tactic to ensnare and blackmail people\u2026A discreet room with massage table, lubricants and, no doubt, cameras stood ready off the main lobby.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n

Margolis subsequently told<\/a><\/strong> mainstream media outlets he didn\u2019t \u201cbelieve for a moment\u201d Epstein committed suicide, and it was \u201cmore likely he was killed,\u201d as \u201che was a man who knew too much\u201d – \u201cthe old pirate line of \u2018dead men tell no tales\u2019 certainly applied to Epstein.\u201d Today, controversy around Epstein\u2019s death endures. Polls indicate<\/a><\/strong> just 16% of US citizens believe he took his own life in prison, with almost 90% supporting disclosure<\/a><\/strong> of all information related to Epstein\u2019s prosecutions.<\/p>\n
