Pourtant, l&#8217;instrument principal, c&#8217;est <\/span><span class=\"font-[700]\">vous<\/span><span class=\"\">. Votre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 accueillir la col\u00e8re ou la peur de l&#8217;autre d\u00e9pend directement du travail que vous avez fait sur vos propres failles. L&#8217;authenticit\u00e9 (ou congruence) inspire plus de confiance que n&#8217;importe quelle technique de communication.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article-main__content\" data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<h3><span class=\"\">2. Identifier les m\u00e9canismes de d\u00e9fense<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article-main__content\" data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">Lorsqu&#8217;une partie s&#8217;emporte, ce n&#8217;est pas toujours une attaque personnelle. C&#8217;est souvent l&#8217;<\/span><span class=\"font-[700]\">inconscient<\/span><span class=\"\"> qui dresse un mur pour prot\u00e9ger une vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article-main__content\" data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"font-[700]\">Le transfert :<\/span><span class=\"\"> La personne vous projette dans un r\u00f4le familier (p\u00e8re, m\u00e8re, autorit\u00e9).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font-[700]\">La projection :<\/span><span class=\"\"> L&#8217;autre voit chez son adversaire sa propre part d&#8217;ombre (col\u00e8re, jalousie) qu&#8217;il refuse d&#8217;assumer.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article-main__content\" data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<h3><span class=\"\">3. \u00c9couter le langage symbolique<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article-main__content\" data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">Parfois, les faits ne suffisent plus. Quand une personne dit : <\/span><span class=\"italic\">&#8220;Je n&#8217;arrive plus \u00e0 me tenir debout&#8221;<\/span><span class=\"\">, elle ne parle pas de sa posture physique, mais d&#8217;un effondrement psychique. En \u00e9coutant au-del\u00e0 du litt\u00e9ral, le m\u00e9diateur identifie le <\/span><span class=\"font-[700]\">besoin de reconnaissance<\/span><span class=\"\"> ou d&#8217;axe vital cach\u00e9 derri\u00e8re la revendication juridique.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article-main__content\" data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<h3><span class=\"\">4. La rupture de l\u2019hom\u00e9ostasie : La crise comme moteur<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article-main__content\" data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">Un conflit est souvent la rupture d&#8217;un \u00e9quilibre ancien qui ne fonctionne plus (l&#8217;hom\u00e9ostasie). Plut\u00f4t que de vouloir revenir \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tat initial, la m\u00e9diation doit aider \u00e0 <\/span><span class=\"font-[700]\">r\u00e9inventer le syst\u00e8me<\/span><span class=\"\">. C\u2019est le chemin d\u2019individuation : se lib\u00e9rer des masques sociaux pour devenir soi-m\u00eame au sein de la relation.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article-main__content\" data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<h3><span class=\"\">5. Cultiver l&#8217;accueil de la synchronicit\u00e9<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article-main__content\" data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<p><span class=\"\">Jung d\u00e9finissait la synchronicit\u00e9 comme une co\u00efncidence riche de sens. En m\u00e9diation, cela se traduit par ces moments o\u00f9, apr\u00e8s un travail \u00e9motionnel profond, des solutions inattendues &#8220;apparaissent&#8221; d&#8217;elles-m\u00eames. En restant ouvert et intuitif, le professionnel permet \u00e0 cet encha\u00eenement d&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nements de valider les choix des parties et de remettre la relation en mouvement.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article-main__content\" data-test-id=\"publishing-text-block\">\n<blockquote class=\"w-auto\"><p><span class=\"font-[700]\">L&#8217;essentiel :<\/span><span class=\"\"> Le r\u00f4le du m\u00e9diateur est de cr\u00e9er les conditions pour que le &#8220;meilleur&#8221; de chacun puisse \u00e9merger.
