ALL faiths are susceptible to being weaponized for the savage ends of genocides, racist violence and wars of material gains.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

11 Mar 2026\u00a0<\/em>–\u00a0Philosophically\/ideologically, I was born Godless.<\/p>\n

That is, I was born into a family of Buddhists in Myanmar, considered a major center of Theravada Buddhism, a sect, that considers itself closer to the original practice that existed at the time of the Buddha, or the Enlightened One.<\/p>\n

Born out of the Northern part of the Indian sub-continent where Hinduism was one of the oldest and most dominant spiritual tradition, Buddhism is really an antethesis of Hindusim, and has absolutely nothing to do with the polytheism, that is, belief and worship of multiple Gods.<\/p>\n

The greatest paradox of Buddhism as a philo-spiritual paradigm or \u201cfaith\u201d, if you like, begins with the term Buddha or \u201cthe Enlightened One\u201d. THE foundation of the paradigm is the complete and utter rejection of \u201cSelf\u201d, as we know it. The singularly most important question arises, when the term such as \u201cthe Buddha\u201d or \u201cthe Enlightened One\u201d is used as part of a normal communicative act.<\/p>\n

If there is no \u201cSelf\u201d, in this human world, how is it possible for the emergence, beginning and end of the existence of \u201cThe Enlightened One\u201d?<\/p>\n

Take this line of questioning to the next level.<\/p>\n

Why is their Sangha, or the Order of saffron-robed disciples of that \u201cEnlightened One\u201d? Who are they, if they cannot conceivably be a collection of \u201cNone Selves?<\/p>\n

A Buddhist kingdom? A Buddhist empire? A Buddhist nation? A Buddhist state?<\/p>\n

The corruptions, manipulations and the misuses of a None-Self doctrine have WMD-like devastating consequences.<\/p>\n
