The dominant materialist paradigm has reduced the world to a mere totality of physical facts, transforming human beings into uniform consumers and militants driven by primitive impulses. This reductionist dogma makes societies highly vulnerable to large-scale manipulation and escalating conflicts. We must speak about what can no longer be passed over in silence.

I have the honor to submit for your consideration the policy paper entitled “The New Israel and the New Palestine: A Value-Based Peace Proposal for the Middle East.”

Download PDF File:

POLICY PAPER. Realize that the true vehicle of human evolution is knowledge and the development of the mind (Tractatus Politico-Philosophicus 7.321, 7.3211). True security is not achieved through military dominance, but through the collective pursuit of moral and intellectual perfection.

Forge a Global Interfaith Alliance for Peace: In an era of escalating global discord, the peace humanity desperately needs must begin as peace among religions (7.632). Leaders of all faiths must explicitly condemn religious fundamentalism as a totalitarian distortion of traditional beliefs (7.6233). They must unite under the eternal truth that while there are many paths to God, there is only one timeless spirituality rooted in non-harming, benevolence, and love (7.6312, 7.6313). Any
doctrine that incites violence or harm toward others is a false interpretation of religion (7.79).

Establish an “Ecology of Mind” in Digital Technology: We must actively counter the political and economic pressure groups that use modern information technology to exploit primitive impulses, foster hatred, and enforce artificial uniformity (7.6231, 7.6232). Technology must be redesigned to foster spaces of silence, which lead to reflection, and ultimately, to spiritual liberation (7.6323–7.6325).

Expand the Core Ethical Imperative: We must deliberately elevate our moral sensitivity and apply the rule of non-harming (ahimsa) not only to fellow human beings regardless of national or religious distinctions, but also to animals and the natural world at large (7.4211, 7.3311).

Human beings were not born on Earth to be mere consumer mechanisms or instruments of war (7.76). We are immortal souls—points of light whose original condition is purity (7.78).

The time has come for humanity’s self-reflection. We urge you to use your mandate not to enforce systemic compliance, but to provide the peace and stability necessary for every human being to fulfill their evolutionary destiny: the attainment of wisdom, mercy, and comprehensive fulfillment. For each great change, we need the right people and the right time. The time is NOW!

_____________________________________________

Prof. W.
