Top-down, op rendement gericht beleid ondermijnt namelijk waar een universiteit om zou moeten draaien: onderwijs en onderzoek.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Een meer gedetailleerde versie van de eisen van de Bungehuisbezetting is <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/newuni.nl\/2015\/02\/eisen-van-de-bezetting\/\" >hier<\/a> te vinden.<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Democratisering en decentralisering van het bestuur van de universiteit.<\/li>\n<li>Afschaffing van het huidige allocatiemodel: financiering hoofdzakelijk op basis van input, niet op basis van output.<\/li>\n<li>Stopzetting van het huidige Profiel 2016.<\/li>\n<li>Referenda per instituut en opleiding over de samenwerking tussen de UvA en de VU op de FNWI.<\/li>\n<li>Duurzame, niet-vernederende contracten die oprechte carri\u00e8rekansen bieden voor al het personeel.<\/li>\n<li>Een open debat over huisvestingskosten ten opzichte van bezuinigingen op onderwijs en onderzoek.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>DEMANDS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>In connection to this: retaining the Bungehuis as UvA location.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The general motivation behind all these demands is discontent with the current ways of management. Top-down, efficiency-oriented management damages the very thing a university should revolve around: research and education.<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Democratisation and decentralisation of university governance.<\/li>\n<li>Abolish current allocation model. Move to financing based primarily on input rather than output.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation of the current Profiel 2016.<\/li>\n<li>Referendums per institute and programme about collaboration between the UvA and the VU at the FNWI (Faculty of Science).<\/li>\n<li>Provide sustainable, non-humiliating contracts that ensure genuine career opportunities for all staff.<\/li>\n<li>An open debate about housing costs in relation to budget cuts of research and education.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/newuni.nl\/eisen\/\" >Go to Original \u2013 newuni.nl<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The general motivation behind all these demands is discontent with the current ways of management.
