30 Jan 2017 – Israeli forces raided a Palestinian publishing house in the West Bank district of Ramallah and seized equipment. In six months, Israeli forces have raided seven Palestinian-owned publishing houses.

The radio reported on the status of various high-profile prisoners, principally Bilal Kayed, who continued his hunger strike Saturday [30 Jul] for the 46th day, which he began after he was transferred to administrative detention — Israel’s controversial policy of detaining primarily Palestinians without charge or trial — the day he was set to be released after completing a 14-year sentence. There are currently 7,000 Palestinians held in Israeli prisons, 715 of whom are held under Israel’s policy of administrative detention.

19 Dec 2015 – The Following is a list of names of all Palestinians shot and killed by Israeli fire in the occupied West Bank, including Jerusalem, and the Gaza Strip, including one in the Negev, in the period between Thursday October 1st and the end of December 18th, as confirmed by the Palestinian Health Ministry.

The Israeli Defense Ministry announced on Sunday [20 Jan 2013] that they will re-route a section of the Wall east of Jerusalem in order to close off an existing gap and fully annex the city of Jerusalem into Israel. The new route means the complete encirclement of the Palestinian village of Al-Zaim, with the Wall to the West and a security fence to the east. Other Palestinian towns are also completely isolated and encircled into ghettoes, including the town of Sheikh Sa’ed and the city of Qalqilya.
