The video depicts a homophobic over- reaction to learned behaviour consistent with the male norm. It leaves no room to move on the attitude that young boys should be free to explore, for example with dolls and showing affection for other boys.This begs the question of how much of our sexual behaviour and in particular our sexual preferences are influenced by these norms, and how much could be different if there were more freedom.
