The 14th Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatso, known as Gyalwa Rinpoche to Tibetans [born 6 Jul 1935], is the current Dalai Lama, the highest spiritual leader of Tibetan Buddhism, and a retired political leader of the nation. His teachings are about peace of mind, holiness and love. He was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1989.

    One would hope that the Dalai Lama would not engage in reductionist thinking, and resort to a meme to spread his message!

    Tell Julian Assange it’s just his own mind that’s bothering him! Tell victims of war, economic and environmental depredations!

    Promoting peace on earth requires clear thinking, dedication, real information (not “infotainment”) and, often, hard work!
