Daniel Medina | Racket Cartoons – TRANSCEND Media Service
20 Aug 2025 – I just watched Ford Fisher’s Activism Uncensored and made the quick sketch below. Donald Trump and his regime has turned our national capital into a totalitarian state. His regime is sending cops, soldiers, and ICE to control and scare people—especially Black and brown people. This isn’t about safety. It’s about power and fear. They set up checkpoints like it’s a war zone. This is fascism! Trump is testing the limits of his autocratic government and we cannot stand by and not say anything. The people in DC who are standing up to Trump’s violent, racist regime are heroes. They’re fighting not just for themselves, but for all of us.
This is the actions of a fascist aspiring dictator. This man does not give a fuck about our constitutional rights! Impeach! Arrest! Convict Trump!
The parts of the constitution he is breaking just in regard to what he is doing with ICE, military, and police:
1st- habeas corpus, and his administration’s suppression of protests and punishment of people who spoke out against ICE actions.
4th – ICE raids without proper judicial warrants violated protections against unreasonable searches.
5th – Family separations and prolonged detention without fair hearings denied due process.
8th – Inhumane detention conditions (overcrowding, lack of care) amounted to cruel and unusual punishment.
14th – Targeting migrants and certain groups denied equal protection under the law.
