Alexander Scriabin – TRANSCEND Media Service

A homage to the awesomely megalomaniac and genius Russian composer Alexander Scriabin [7 Jan 1872 – 27 Apr 1915] who started out as a romantic and ended as a unique trailblazing impressionistic maverick intending to destroy the universe with his music and create a new one… and whose plan was cut short by his epically unspectacular death from septicemia. He is supposed to have sat up in bed during his last hours, and shouted, “What a catastrophe!” – not because of his own death, but because he believed he had the secret to change the universe… well, a genius will dream!
