David Krieger, Ph.D. es fundador y presidente de la Nuclear Age Peace Foundation, y miembro de la Red TRANSCEND para el Medio Ambiente para el Desarrollo de la Paz. Entre varios de sus amplios esfuerzos de liderazgo en la construcción de la paz mundial, es fundador y miembro del Global Council of Abolition 2000, consejero del World Future Council y presidente del Comité Ejecutivo de International Network of Engineers and Scientists for Global Responsibility. Tiene una licenciatura en psicología y posee una maestría y un doctorado en Ciencias Políticas de la Universidad de Hawai, así como un J.D. de la Facultad de Derecho de Santa Bárbara; sirvió durante 20 años como juez pro tem para los tribunales municipales y superiores de Santa Bárbara.
