21 Jan 2026 – It is important for us to remember that for the Israelis and the North Americans, the conflict in the Middle East (West Asia) is not just a geopolitical rivalry, it is also an eschatological war.  That is a war relating to the end of the world.  It is very important that we appreciate that there are these extremist religious elements, Zionists, that are both in the Israeli military (IDF) and the North American National Security Apparatus who see a war in the Middle East, World War III as a fulfillment of Biblical prophecy. Or, as the end of the world; in order to rejuvenate the world. This is North American and Israeli Zionists’ End Times or the End of Days belief.

It is not really appreciated how the North American National Security Apparatus and the Settler Colonial state of Israel are fully committed to igniting World War III in order to hasten the return of Jusus, the Second Coming of a folk hero dead for over 2000 years, and the Jewish Messiah. “Maimonides, a medieval Jewish philosopher said that there have been only nine red heifers in history. The tenth, he predicted, would arrive at the time of the Messiah” (Spector, Evangelicals and Israel, p. 203). As if Maimonides would know, at a time when the world was thought to be flat, and his knowledge of the world was as far as a donkey-ride to the nearest village.

US and Israeli Zionists who believe this nonsense are in the NSA: Mormons, Freemasons, the Jesuits, i.e., people with extreme religious views.  Such people, embedded within the NSA and IDF,  are all following a certain script that requires them to start World War III in the Middle East.  They believe that once war is started engulfing the Middle East, then they are able to fulfill certain prophecies which include the creation of a world government (run by Jews, of course) and the return of Jesus and the arrival of the Jewish Messiah.  We need to fully understand and appreciate the eschatological, religious elements underlying this conflict in the Middle East; and the puerile yet dangerous beliefs driving it.

There is or seems to be an anxiety or rush to get this war started as soon as possible.  The Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, calls himself a crusader. His ideology includes the insane and childish notionof getting rid of Iran and China. For these Christian and Jewish Zionists reality, or facts on the ground are secondary when it comes to their lust for war. So, a couple of years ago Israel imported five red steers from Texas. These five red steers were genetically modified to be perfect, hoping one could produce a flawless heifer.  The reason why is that the Bible (Numbers:19) says that Israel needs to sacrifice a red heifer in order to consecrate the ground for the building of the third temple; in preparation for the Jewish Messiah. Extreme religious fanatics in Israel and the U.S. want to build this temple. This is problematic because they want to build it on top of the Al-Aqsa Mosque which is the third holiest sit in the Islamic world.

Undeterred, these demonic, demented, dumb US and Israeli Zionists insist on their genocidal, suicidal path to End Times.  According to Stephen Spector’s Evangelicals and Israel: The Story of American Christian Zionism: “In the 1990s, one born-again Christian tried to supply that cow: Clyde Lott, a cattle breeder and Pentecostal Preacher from Mississippi…Rather than shipping a few hundred Red Angus cattle to Israel, he decided to bring 50,000, to build the Israeli livestock industry until the end-times arrived” (204). Lott and his fellow fools and followers really, seriously, want to hasten the Rapture and the Antichrist.

So, a war between Israel and Iran, if or when it happens, would provide a perfect pretext to destroy the Al-Aqsa Mosque, because Israel can say like “Oops, sorry, a ballistic missile came to Jerusalem and hit the mosque. It’s okay. We’ll just build a third temple.”  And, if this were to happen, then the one billion Muslims around the world would be obliged to seek vengeance; it would be a cataclysm that is unimaginable.  The governments of Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia and others would be put in an absolutely untenable situation.  The North Americans will continue sleepwalking to Armageddon.

As I have noted elsewhere: Much of Judeo/Christianity insist on a literal interpretation of its mythology. “We are to believe, for example, that the miraculous creation of the world, the virgin birth of its spiritual hero, and his ultimate death, resurrection, and ascension to heaven actually took place.  Now these themes appear in African mythology, but the emphasis is on their metaphorical rather than their literal interpretation” (Clyde Ford, Hero with an African Face, 14).  And Joseph Campbell in his seminal work Hero with a Thousand Faces, notes that such stories are “recounted everywhere; and with such striking uniformity of the main contours, that early Christian missionaries were forced to think that the devil himself must be throwing up mockeries of their teaching wherever they set their hand” (309).  Even Dr. Martin Luther King understood the “Second Coming” metaphorically, as “every time we open our hearts…every time we turn our backs on the ow road and accept the high road…The final doctrine of the second coming is that whenever we turn our lives to the highest and best there for us is the Christ” (King, Papers, 270). Such stories and myths are universal.
