TMS in India?

Dr Ravi P Bhatia – TRANSCEND Media Service

How is it possible that TMS is in New Delhi? Have Prof. Johan Galtung and Editor Antonio C S Rosa decided to move from Alicante and Porto, respectively, to Delhi? Antonio had visited Delhi last year. Was it to scout for some alternate venue?

No, this is not true. But what is true is the fact that there is a TMS plus and a TMS minus in Delhi.

Both these are printed on the public buses that ply in Delhi. TMS stands for Teevra Mudrika Seva, which means Fast Circular Service. Delhi is a huge city with about twenty million residents and hundreds of roads, of which a very popular is the Circular Road, named after Mahatma Gandhi.

The plus sign indicates clockwise movement of the buses and the minus anti-clockwise direction in which the buses move.

So the readers and the contributors of the well known Transcend Media Service-TMS need not worry; neither should Johan and Antonio about their Indian expansion.
