The Right to Live Peacefully

Francisco Gomes de Matos – TRANSCEND Media Service

If the Right to Life  and the Right to Peace we combine
a new,  deeply humanizing right will be yours and mine

We would have the right to live in peace
knowing that conflicts may never cease

If the right to live and the right to peace are integrated
the dignity of human rights and peace will be elevated

Citizens everywhere would know what such integrated right would imply:
With the principle of living nonviolently, nonkillingly all would have to comply

Let´s make a plea for the right to live peacefully[
and do our share for that right to be honored globally
