Um acordo internacional negociado sigilosamente, que parecia abordar temas como o combate aos produtos falsificados, mas que afinal se revela um atentado à liberdade na Internet, instaurando “um big brother orwelliano gerido por empresas privadas”. Eis o ACTA, assinado por 31 países, mas que pode ainda ser barrado, porque nenhum Estado o ratificou. Dossier coordenado por Luis Leiria.
