An elderly man went for his annual checkup to the doctor.

After examining him, the doctor said, "I have two bad news for you. The first is that you have cancer." The patient asked, "And what is the second bad news?"

The doctor said, "You have Alzheimer’s disease." The man said, "It could be worse, I could have cancer."
