Adolf P. Shvedchikov – TRANSCEND Media Service

While the heart beats alive,
While the loopholes of the towers are silent,
While peasants are still reaping, and plowing,
While you hear songs everywhere,
While the dawn shines with dew,
While the sunsets glow,
While drums of war will not start to roar,
While we are warmed by summer,
While blood does not flow everywhere,
While death will do not scythe us,
While the soul asks for peace,
Let your heartbeat will not stop!
