Motionless Palestinian Shot by Israeli Sniper to Sound of Soldiers’ Cheers

The Israel Defense Forces sniper who shot a Palestinian while fellow soldiers cheered was using the victim as “target practice,” Kamel Hawwash of the Palestine Solidarity Campaign said. He went on to describe the disproportionate amount of power on the two sides of the border.
