Veteran investigative journalist and filmmaker John Pilger delivered this speech outside London’s Old Bailey Central Criminal Court on 7 Sep 2020, the first day of resumed show-trial proceedings for the extradition of Julian Assange to the USA. Pilger, along with a number of other journalists and human rights activists, was denied access to the court.
