Journalists: How to Cope with Trauma

25 Nov 2021 – According to the Dart Center at Columbia University, 80 percent of journalists have been exposed to a work-related traumatic event. Of those, nine out of ten say they’ve had at least four episodes of trauma. We have five basic tips on how to deal with it.
