UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson had two simple messages to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky:
- Putin is a war criminal , he should be pressured, not negotiated with.
- Even if Ukraine is ready to sign some agreements with Putin, NATO/Western allies are not.
