The First World Dignity University Initiative Workshop, “For People and the Planet: Learning for a Future of Dignity,” has been hosted online on 9 Dec 2022. Ella Nygård Autti is currently undertaking PhD research into shame and humiliation in healthcare work communities at the University of Lapland, Finland. She aims at understanding the systems and dialogues that humiliate or cause shame in work settings. Please be aware that this is an unedited video.
