Australian doctor Nada Abu Alrub, working at the al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, says the situation is a “nightmare” as Israel continues with its ground invasion. She explains that hospitals in Gaza are overwhelmed with children and pregnant women and that there are severe shortages of medical supplies, food and water.
