Dear Professor Antonio Carlos Silva Rosa. Thank you, indeed for your regular pictorial essays which are violently graphic, but a commendable mechanism, to stimulate the collective conscience of the indifferent global communities, about the plight and annihilation of the Gazaians by Israelis. I suggest the following, following the
THE GAZAIAN TRIBUNAL OCTOBER 2025: ISTANBUL TURKIYE
PROPOSED STRATEGIES: ENFORCING ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE ONGOING GAZA GENOCIDE, POST PSEUDO-CEASEFIRE
Issued by: Peace Propagator: Hoosen Vawda, South Africa to Coalition of Peace Lovers
Purpose: To urge international legal and political mechanisms to act upon the findings of the Gazaian Tribunal and enforce accountability for crimes against humanity and genocide.
Recommendations:
1. Support ICJ Proceedings: Encourage UN member states to intervene in the South Africa-led ICJ case under the Genocide Convention.
2. Pressure the ICC: Demand that the ICC Prosecutor expedite investigations and issue arrest warrants for individuals responsible for war crimes and crimes against humanity.
3. Invoke Universal Jurisdiction: Urge national courts to prosecute perpetrators under universal jurisdiction laws.
4. Suspend Arms Transfers: Call on states to halt military aid and arms sales to Israel until compliance with international humanitarian law is verified.
5. Activate UNGA Resolution 377 (Uniting for Peace): Circumvent Security Council paralysis by convening an emergency session of the General Assembly.
Legal Strategy Memo: Leveraging the Gazaian Tribunal for International Prosecution
To: Legal Advocacy Networks and Human Rights Organizations
From: International Legal Advisory Group
Subject: Strategic Use of the Gazaian Tribunal Findings
The Gazaian Tribunal, though lacking formal legal authority, provides a robust evidentiary and moral foundation to support international legal action.
Action Points:
1. Submit Amicus Briefs: Use the Tribunal’s findings to file amicus curiae submissions to the ICJ and ICC.
2. Document Preservation: Archive testimonies and digital evidence for future war crimes tribunals.
3. Coordinate with State Parties: Assist states in preparing legal interventions at the ICJ.
4. File Universal Jurisdiction Cases: Identify jurisdictions with legal standing to prosecute foreign nationals for genocide and war crimes.
5. Engage UN Special Rapporteurs: Submit the Tribunal s findings to thematic and country-specific UN human rights mechanisms.
Interfaith Advocacy Statement: A Moral Call to Conscience
Issued by: Interfaith Alliance for Peace and Justice
We, the undersigned peace propagators, faith leaders and communities, stand united in our grief, outrage, and moral responsibility in the face of the unfolding genocide in Gaza. The Gazaian Tribunal has borne witness to the suffering of innocents and the silence of the powerful, materialistic populace.
We affirm:
• That all human life is sacred, and the deliberate targeting of civilians is a sin against humanity and the Divine.
• That silence in the face of genocide is complicity.
• That justice is a spiritual imperative shared across all faiths.
We call upon:
• Religious institutions to speak out unequivocally.
• Governments to act in accordance with international law.
• All people of conscience to support nonviolent resistance, humanitarian aid, and legal accountability.
Let this be a turning point where faith becomes action, and conscience becomes courage.
Thank you for your time and accepting my comments, as invited in your TMS Journal. Keep up the excellent work.
