Dear friends,

I am documentary film director and TMS writer Diran Noubar from France.

A few days ago, Venezuela was struck by a catastrophic 7.5 magnitude earthquake. The destruction in Caracas is heartbreaking. Families have been displaced, buildings have turned to rubble, and the human toll is rising every hour.

In the heart of this tragedy is our community’s anchor, the Church of the Holy Saint Gregory the Illuminator in Caracas, with which I have a direct connection, and Bishop Bedros with whom I have a relationship and daily communication.

At weAREmenia, we do things differently. We believe that in times of crisis, every second—and every dollar—counts. We are relaunching our Point-to-Point donation model to provide immediate, transparent relief.

Our Guarantee of Transparency:

We don’t send money to large, overhead-heavy organizations. Through http://weAREmenia.org, I will personally ensure that your donations go directly to the Church and the families in need. As always, I will document the process—from the withdrawal of funds to the final delivery—and post the videos on our site so you can see exactly how your contribution is saving lives.

Donations may be given in cash , in hand of the people in need , through the organization of the church which already working 24 hours a day to help the people of Caracas with urgent needs .

How You Can Help Today:

The needs are immediate: water, medicine, and emergency shelter. We are aiming to raise at least $10,000 in the next 48 hours to provide the first wave of direct aid.

Donate here:

In moments of darkness, our unity is our greatest strength. Please give what you can and share this message with your network. Let us show our Venezuelan brothers and sisters in Caracas that they are not alone.

With gratitude and determination,
Diran Noubar
