6 Nov 2017 – A major volume of peace research and theory was released on November 1.
All editorial work is done and the book is now available for purchase by book or chapter, along with many free pdf download files describing the book’s contents. Veteran researcher and leader in peace, Prof. Johan Galtung, has written an inspiring foreword.
As editor of this volume, my favorite free download file is the preface, which gives a brief description of each chapter.
The book covers a wide variety of concepts related to peace. For myself, permit me to name the one that I think matters most. I strongly feel that the main hindrance to world peace is the nearly universal failure to recognize and respect the essential role that women should take in leadership and governance.
