Today the 16 May is Buddha Poornima
The day that Buddha — Siddharth Gautam
Sitting under a Baudhi tree obtained enlightenment
This knowledge that the main reason for our misery is dukh
He spread this knowledge from Indo-Nepal border to the world
And became famous for his teachings, values, kindness
And people referred to him as Lord Buddha who brings us joy – sukh
Follow his path and become joyous — a source of happiness
With good wishes on Buddha Poornima— the full moon night
May Buddha show you the way to acquire wisdom and light.
