19 Apr 2022 – Understanding the Russian Invasion of Ukraine from the perspective of Prout using CLA-Causal Layer Analysis, a technique used in strategic planning, futures studies and foresight to more effectively shape the future. Together, we analyzed different perspectives on the causes of the war, think of the possible future scenarios and tried to see how to work towards the best possible one.

Sohail Inayatullah is a Pakistani-born Australian academic, futures studies researcher and a professor at the Graduate Institute of Futures Studies at Tamkang University in Taipei and at the University of Melbourne. In 2016, he was awarded the first UNESCO Chair in Futures Studies.
